On Tuesday the 1 October Neptune's Divers Hermanus did one of our popular diving excursions by the Old Harbor Hermanus. After our 35min dive we surfaced to see there was a Whale approaching us. The video will explain the rest.

Adventure in Hermanus

Hermanus is a seaside town situated two hours drive from Cape Town in South Africa. It is popular as a whale watching destination, but also for its adventure activities, such as quad biking, trekking, sand boarding and white shark cage diving.

We visited Cape Town, South Africa in April/May of 2018 and one of the most unique experiences we had was the opportunity to dive with Great White sharks. These animals are incredible and their populations have been shrinking. Each and every company that offers this experience has a conservation heart and the industry is closely regulated. The Sharks are not fed in an effort to avoid creating undesirable behaviors from the magnificent beasts.

If you ever have the opportunity to get in the water with sharks, take it. It's incredible.

Wir haben es uns getraut! Käfig-Tauchen mit dem weißen Hai! Dazu ging es um 4 Uhr Morgens los von Fish Hoek, Cape Town nach Gansbaai. Dort ging es, nach einem Frühstück, aufs Meer hinaus. Das Shark-Diving-Team ließ dann den Käfig ins Wasser, während mit Fish-Kadavern und Blut die Haie angelockt wurden! Schaut euch an wie das ganze Blutbad ausgegangen ist ;)
