Almond Milk Coffee Stout 2019
For the last three years we've been collaborating with the crew at New England Brewing Co. to produce some very delicious coffee stout. This year New England decided to change it up a little and add some almond into the brewing process. It's added a new dimension to the flavour, only subtle but the results are a smooth, very tasty stout that beer fans will love.
A couple of weeks ago we traveled up to Uralla to spend the day with the guys there as they canned their first batch of beer. It was a great little day trip for us and we've put up a video to show a little of what we got up to and share some insights into the brewing process that hopefully you'll find quite interesting.
2017 Northern Inland Innovation Awards, Agriculture, Horticulture Finalist Dale's Downtown Meats
Dale's Downtown Meats, Uralla
Not content with the quality of lamb from processors, Dale’s Downtown Meats in Uralla bought the property “Rosehill” in 2014, where their “Rosehill Lamb” is produced. After just three years, half of their annual lamb requirements were home-grown. The quality is up because the sheep are not stressed and their feed is supplemented with spent barley from the “New England Brewing Company”, which also contributes to the beer sausages that are made from scratch daily. There are quality, efficiency, profitability and sustainability wins from these paddock-to-plate and local partnership innovations.
Gold Panning in creeks at Drake NSW Part 3
This is Part 3 of 3 video's that i shot by myself (yeah sorry for the camera) when i was out prospecting near Drake this weekend. I hope you like them. I did notice that there aren't many video's out there of beginners just trying out for first times. Not sure if I am doing it 100% right but we all learn and unfortunately i haven't see a whole lot on You tube after the last 2 years of me doing it so thought i would put some up of my own. Once again this is my first post and I hope it helps or i hope for some feedback if you are able too! Ta
