New River Beach & Lepreau Falls New Brunswick
Summer 2016: We camped at New River Beach provincial park and while the campground itself wasn't our favorite, you gotta love that beach! Part of the Bay of Fundy and you can walk waaaaaay out and still be in shallow waters. We checked out Lepreau Falls because we love our waterfalls! Thanks for watching!

This is where she got her start in cheer and the place she always returns home to, no matter how crazy life gets or where adventures take her. Follow Jordan on a road trip to her favourite places along the Bay of Fundy, like hidden waterfalls in Fundy National Park, the world's highest tides at The Hopewell Rocks, local shopping in Saint John, and - of course - bonfires on the beach.

Spring Hike - New River Beach (Barnaby Head eh)
The Hiking Sailor Solo Spring Hike

Barnaby Head Trail, New Brunswick, Canada eh.
This trail is rated for beginners with a colour code of green. And it should only take between 35mins to 85mins to complete this wonderful trail.
This trail is normally known as the New River Beach Trail as Southern New Brunswick best sand beach and the New River Provincial Park are located together but it is called Barnaby Head Trail.
This is a favorite trail and beach of my wife Natasha and I since we arrived in Saint John over 6 years ago. We usually do the trail 3 times a year and visit the beach 4 times a year.
There are basically two trails you can follow. The Inner loop and the Outer loop. The Inner is about 2.2km and the outer is about 3.5km. Since this is a looping trail, there are only a few markers however if you wish to follow the Outer loop, at the picnic area, you have to go straight thru it to continue. If you turn left, you will return the other side of the parking lot. It should only take between 35mins to 85mins to complete this wonderful trail.
Today the trail was icy and slippery and I predict all the trails in this province are in the same state. Even with icers on, I was slipping on the loose ice.
The scenic breaks were beautiful as usual and it was nice taking a snack in the picnic area today.
I lost only 2 pounds from to 198 pounds to 196 pounds for this hike and recovery time was only 16 hours this time from Garmin.
I will post a separate video on my hiking plans for 2016 and future goals but they include the Triple Crown and the TCT.
Thank you for watching, please subscribe to support my channel and adventures. Look under the ABOUT tab and you will see my second Bucket list from 50 years old to 65 years old.
