Great seasonal beer, readily available in the NW states. There is much competition out there on the seasonal variety. Us beer drinkers like to try the new beers from our favorite brewers and it comes down to the best taste for the price. I like this beer, I don't love it, but it is nice and its subtle flavors are fun to explore not just chug.
Steelhead Brewery Eugene, Oregon
Steelhead Brewing Co. opened our first Steelhead Brewery restaurant and microbrewery in downtown Eugene, Oregon in 1991. It was such a success that we opened another in Burlingame, California in 1995. We were the first major breweries in these cities, and we maintain this pioneering mindset in both our craft brewing and our cooking. Over the years, our restaurants have become known for three things: awesome beer, great food and friendly staff.

Brewing for years, Tumwater’s Craft District begins to take shape
TUMWATER— Walls are going up for the future Heritage Distilling and South Puget Sound Community College Building in Tumwater.
The structure is expected to be completed by Tacoma-based Korsmo Construction in September, and the community college will take over the space there to teach biology, chemistry and craft brewing classes.
In the fall, construction will begin on the recently cleared and graded acreage along Capitol Boulevard. There, the so-called market buildings will be constructed.
Eugene, Oregon-based Ninkasi Brewing will be the first craft brewing business to locate there in 4,000 square feet when the building is completed in July 2020. Ninkasi will collaborate with the South Puget Sound Community College in its new brewing education program.
Project developer John Peters says the Craft District will be located on 5.5 acres. It will include an amphitheater near the entrance to Tumwater Valley Golf Course. Peters says the project will ultimately construct about 55,000 square feet of space for not only breweries, but other craft operators including coffee, wine and bakery. Restaurant and some service-based space will also be leased.
The Craft District sits in the shadow of the old Olympia brewery and will eventually be connected to Brewery Park by the Deschutes Valley Trail. The park overlooks the Old Olympia Brewery Tower that is now under renovation.

when you fall in a dream you don't land
when the dream is done you never had it
i don't wanna be sad but i'm not aladdin
if i had 3 wishes for askin
this is what i'd do
use the first, give the other two to you
lift a curse
what would a sucker do?
they always tell the truth when they talk in their sleep
cause you never hit the ground when you fall through the trees
ya when you fall in a dream you don't land
but a'when the dream is done you never had it
when i wake up in the middle of the night i'm not aware
who i am, where i am
i just gotta stare
two seconds, three seconds, that's all it takes
for me to become me and all the dreams to fall away
yeah it was

Ninkasi Brewing Company IPA Variety pack - snow-globe edition
Ninkasi Brewing Company IPA Variety pack snow-globe edition. Very appaled, bought 3 - 12 packs from Walmart this week and go to drink a cold one, notice an odd texture and find disgusting globs of something floating in my beer. Made me nauseous, and lost my dinner. Never buying this junk again! Local brewing company out of Eugene. This was my daily driver beer for over a year now. Reprehensible quality control.

Tyler Fortier Dawn of the Red
I was excited when Ninkasi contacted me about writing a song called 'Dawn of the Red' with no real guideline other than to feature that lyric in the song.
And we were excited right back. Because we knew Tyler Fortier would pen an absolute gem. Grab a sneak taste of what he came up with today. Full download hitting ninkasibrewing.com next week!
