NovaScotian Crystal - A Must See on the Halifax Waterfront in Nova Scotia
The only crystal maker in Canada, NovaScotian Crystal breathes life into the traditional art of mouth-blown, hand-cut crystal year-round on the Halifax Waterfront. Crowds from all over the world gather outside the Glassworks door to watch our master craftsmen turn molten crystal into stunning wine glasses, bowls, vases and other works of art.

The actual crystal blowing was happening when I was there, but they were cutting the crystal!

Drone Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada - Georges Island
This city gave me many great photos and memories a couple years ago and I truly wish you could have seen it without the 250 meters cloud line. An area I could not show was Citadel Hill. Maybe next time :) Also wish I could have shown Dartmouth and the bridges...

Crystal Crescent Beach | 2017 | Sambro | Nova Scotia | Canada
Crystal Crescent beach is a popular spot just outside of Halifax. It has 3 white sand beaches and a boardwalk to go from one end to the other.
Of the 3 beaches, some are clothing optional. Here you can bare it all, and spend days picking sand out of places you didn't know was possible! If you feel like being naked on the beach, this places offers one of the few nude beach experiences on the east coast.
In addition to the beautiful sands and the nice water (and the people watching) you can also see a lot of animals including harbor seals.

Point Pleasant Park | Halifax | 2017 | Nova Scotia | Canada
In this video we are touring Point Pleasant Park in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. This is Halifax's largest park. It is located at the tip of the Halifax Peninsula, where you have access to the Atlantic ocean on three sides. You can see the cruise ships, container ships and military boats entering and leaving the harbour.
This is a very popular place for many reasons. Locals love the park as it is large, has lots of trails and is dog friendly. There are also many trails that are dog off leash friendly.
This park is also monitored by Dalhousie University. They are studying the regrowth of the park after suffering major damage in 2004 when White Juan hit, a hurricane that brought major wind and snow.
Hope you enjoy the tour!

HALIFAX Nova Scotia Canada
Halifax is an Atlantic Ocean port in eastern Canada and the provincial capital of Nova Scotia. Halifax is also known for the largest maritime disaster, which happened on the morning of 6 December 1917. The Norwegian vessel collided with a French cargo ship laden with explosives. A fire on board the French ship ignited her cargo, causing a large explosion that devastated the Richmond district of Halifax. Approximately 2,000 people were killed by the blast, debris, fires or collapsed buildings and an estimated 9,000 were injured. The blast was the largest man-made explosion before the development of nuclear weapons.
