Cycling along Jardin del Rio Turia, Valencia
What was once upon a time a river crossing the city of Valencia in Spain, is today home to a beautiful green park that goes from almost one end of the city to the other.

Xativa Castle - Valencia Tourist Places - Places to visit in Valencia Spain
Thanks to its strategic location perched high above Xàtiva on the sierra del Castell hill, this twin fortress has been the scene and spectator of a host of battles. Gradually expanded and fortified by the successive cultures that have inhabited these lands, the castle is divided into the Castell Menor, which sits atop Iberian and Roman remains, and the Castell Major. It already featured in Hannibal’s campaigns and the Al-Ándalus period, and subsequently assumed importance for the Kingdom of Valencia in the wars against Castile, the Revolt of the Brotherhoods and the War of the Spanish Succession. It was also used to as a prison for illustrious captives.
The castle forms the highest point of the defensive walls that once encircled early mediaeval Xàtiva. Despite its Iberian and Roman roots, most of castle walls and towers preserved today are of Islamic or Gothic origin. Its imposing architecture renders the castle one of the city’s finest gems, and it has been declared a Cultural Heritage Site. No visit to Xàtiva is complete without a trip around this fortress, with stunning views over the city and its surroundings.

#SPAIN SCOOTERS
Madrid's government banned electric scooters from sidewalks on Wednesday (October 24) as one of a number of restrictive measures against new transport technologies as part of a fight to cut rising levels of air pollution in the city.
The new law follows similar regulation in France after companies such as Lime flooded European cities with thousands of e-scooters in recent months amid surging demand.
Madrid has been struggling to reduce one of Europe's highest levels of pollution, which exceeded limits for every month in 2017, however, the sudden rise in use of the skateboard-like scooters has prompted concerns over their danger to pedestrians.
For some, however, the new regulations which move the scooters, some of which can travel at speeds topping 60 kilometres per hour, off the sidewalk do not resolve the issue of safety.
They are going to need good insurance, taxi driver Juan Rodriguez said, adding the move is dangerous for both car and scooter users alike. The local government will have to rethink the measure once someone gets killed (by accident) on the road, he added.
The measures are an attempt to regulate public and private transport, bicycles, private vehicles, and electric scooters, all of which will be forced to share Madrid streets at a maximum speed of 30 kilometres per hour.
Cycling Tour de Spain 2002 - part 4
Tour de Spain 2002
The 57th Vuelta a España (Tour of Spain), a long-distance bicycle stage race and one of the three grand tours, was held from 7 September to 29 September 2002. It consisted of 21 stages covering a total of 2,957 km (1,837 mi), and was won by Aitor González of the Kelme-Costa Blanca cycling team.
Joseba Beloki, the second-place finisher of the 2002 Tour de France was part of the winning ONCE-Eroski team that won the opening team time trial of the race. Beloki held the lead until the fifth stage when he lost it to a teammate but on the sixth stage which was won by Roberto Heras. Beloki lost considerable time to other general classification contenders Óscar Sevilla, Aitor González and Heras. Sevilla took the leader's jersey which he had worn for much of the previous edition of the Vuelta. After the first individual time trial, his teammate Aitor González was within one second of the jersey. On stage 15, González increased the pace of the group and put Sevilla in difficulty. Heras profited from this and attacked to take the stage win and the lead. Heras kept the lead until the final day when there was an individual time trial. Heras started the day with a lead of one minute and eight seconds over González but he lost this in the first 25 km of the time trial. González took the lead and won the Vuelta, Heras came second and Beloki recovered to eventually finish third overall. The Vuelta was also marked by three stage wins of Italian sprinter Mario Cipollini who retired from the race after his third stage win to prepare for the World Championships.
During stage 15 riders climbed the Alto de l'Angliru in rain. Team cars stalled on the steepest part, some unable to restart because their tires slipped on messages painted by fans. Riders were caught behind them and others had to ride with flat tires because mechanics could not reach them. David Millar crashed three times and protested by handing in his race number a metre from the line. The judges ruled he had not finished the stage and he left the race. He regretted his temper - he had been ninth - and apologised to his team.

Catalan Bike Tour
The ancient kingdom of Catalonia once straddled the lofty Pyrennes between northeastern Spain and southwestern France all the way from Valencia in Spain to Carcassonne in France. Nowadays, it is better known as the autonomous region of Catalunya in Spain and the Languedoc-Roussillon province of France.
This Epic bike tour of the Catalan region will take you from the shimmering Costa Brava, through the little known Volcanic region of the Garrotxa and back to the coast again before you head back inland into the ancient undiscovered Languedoc wine region in France.

Kristian Daniel Jr's first MiniGP Road Race in Barcelona, Spain at Circuit de Alcarras
9 year old KDJR (Kristian Daniel Jr) moved from Los Angeles, California to Barcelona, Spain to race MiniGP (mini motorcycle road racing). This is his first race once month after arrival. He was supposed to practice on Saturday March 10th to learn the brand new track and motorcycle to be prepared for the race Sunday, but the bike was still being prepped on Saturday. This meant that he would have 2 ten minute practice sessions on Sunday to adapt to the bike and track followed by 2 twelve minute races. Check out the video to found out how he did.
Thank you for watching this video. I hope that you keep up with 8 year old Kristian Daniel Jr (KDJR) videos about his mini moto racing, training and our race parent advice. Please subscribe, share and comment! We love reading your comments :)

Kristian Daniel Jr is an exciting young Motorcycle Road Racer (born 2009) out of Southern California who will be racing full time in Spain for the 2018 season.
He's funny, handsome, very smart and has a sincere passion for racing and has come a long way in a very short period of time. After attending a MotoGP race in 2013 (age 4), he made his mind that he wanted to race Motorcycles. 2 months later, he learned to ride a bicycle and 2 weeks after that he had his first BMX race where he finished 2nd. It was obvious that he was a natural competitor.
After a lot of begging, he got his first motorcycle Christmas 2014, and that's when he first rode. February 2015 he participated in his first Motorcycle Road Race, and pulled in a second place. He just completed the season and finished 4th in Overall Points in the M1-GP Sprint Series.
Following the American tradition, in July 2015 he began racing Flat Track with So Cal Flat Track Association. Again, he was immediately competitive and finished his first race in 3rd place. He has achieved 2 first place finishes and a hand full of 2nds and 3rds... not finishing one race off of the podium.
He still has his eyes set on MotoGP, but his immediate plans are to continue developing his skills on the road and in the dirt having fun all the while!

Full Race 1 | Valencia 2019 | FIM Moto3™ Junior World Championship | FIM CEV Repsol
In the FIM Moto3™ JWCh Jeremy Alcoba didn't waste his first chance at the title, beating José Julián García (RGR TM Racing Factory Team) - who took his first podium of the season - and Aleix Viu (Ángel Nieto Junior Team), in third position. It was an exciting race, with a leading group of up to 15 riders. A number of riders shared the lead, such as Daniel Holgado (Junior Team Estrella Galicia 0.0), Ryusei Yamanaka (Junior Team Estrella Galicia 0,0) and Carlos Tatay (Fundación Andreas Pérez 77), among others. With two laps to go, a touch between Daniel Holgado and David Salvador (Cuna de Campeones) left them out of options for a podium place, and allowed Aleix Viu to make the most of a great comeback, paving the way for José Julián García to take third after a race spent as part of the leading group. Jeremy Alcoba received the Repsol free fuel cheque.
In the second FIM Moto3 ™ JWCh race Carlos Tatay said goodbye with another victory, his fourth of the season. Barry Baltus (Ángel Nieto Junior Team) joined him on the podium, along with Adrián Fernández (Laglisse Academy), achieving his first podium in the category. Once again Davide Pizzoli (Leopard Impala Junior Team) started poorly from pole, losing so many positions that in an effort to make up lost ground he went down on the fifth lap along with Julián Giral (Junior Team Estrella Galicia 0.0). Ahead, Carlos Tatay pulled clear followed by a large group led by Barry Baltus. Aleix Viu, David Salvador and José Julián García were involved in a multiple fall which decimated the chasing group. In the end, Carlos Tatay won alone, followed by Barry Baltus and Adrián Fernández. Carlos Tatay received the Repsol free fuel cheque. In sum, the final classification of the FIM Moto3 ™ JWCh ends with Jeremy Alcoba as champion, Carlos Tatay runner-up and Xavier Artigas (Leopard Impala Junior Team) in third.
Circuit Ricardo Tormo. Eighth round of the FIM CEV Repsol 2019 with FIM Moto3™ Junior World Championship, Moto2™ European Championship and European Talent Cup Championship categories. (10/11/2019).
