After a music night in the city of Ostend I filmed some trains at the station the next morning.
Ostend Station Grand Seaside Terminus (Oostende)

Oostende, Belgium walk trainstation to Beach - 4K
This is a walk from the Ostend/Oostende train station to the beachside, which is only a 10 minutes walk.
Oostende is also the easiest seaside destination to reach by train since it is in a direct connection with Brugge (Brujas/bruges) and extremely close to make the little walk.
I would certainly recommend it if you are visiting Belgium!
Enjoy this footage in amazing 4K, 30fps quality!

Ostend, Belgium Pt1
On Saturday, 6th February 2016, the Skoda took me on a trip to Belgium, via the ferry from Dover to Calais (France) and then up the road to Ostend. It was just a 'day out' with the only intention of an enjoyable trip, with a good lunch. This first video is just 'walking into town'.
OSTENDE 1991 --- TRAINS AND TRAMS (BELGIEN)
(HD) Oostende 26/05/13
Clips of Oostende in Belgium with the tramway from Nieuwpoort and the station and train ride departing Oostende station and depot and return. Also I saw something at Oostende, a Thalys train, which I found out to be very rare at the station (only once a day). Unfortunately I didn't film it at the station because my train was leaving. But I have filmed the same train from Oostende, arriving into Brugge Station which is nearby Oostende. See my Brugge video to see the Thalys train.

A Short Visit to Ostend - Belgium 4K Travel Channel
We combine our stay in Bruges with a short visit to Ostend. For about 20 km from Bruges to Ostend, we take a train. The train ride takes about 15 minutes. A return ticket costs € 8.40, seniors pay € 6.50. We think it doesn't pay off to use a car, because probably the parking fees in the city are higher. In the spacious and modern train station in Bruges, you find a variety of shops to shorten your waiting time.
The train runs through flat meadows, probably flood plains.
Upon arrival in Ostend, we see the industrial harbor, where a floating platform for the construction of wind power plants lies at anchor. It is the wind turbine installation vessel Vole au Vent, first built for Hochtief and sold to the Jan de Nul Group in 2015.
The station building in Ostend, built between 1907 and 1913, is in the style of the Belle Époque.
In front of the train station in Ostend, we observe a sailing ship entering the marina. Therefore it has to pass two bascule bridges.
As we walk along the harbor basins, we see in the distance Fort Napoleon, a fortress built in 1814 by the French Emperor Napoleon. Today it is a museum and congress center.
In the opposite direction, we see the Sint-Petrus-en-Pauluskerk, a mighty Gothic cathedral that we will visit later.
Finally, we reach the sandy beach and are surprised by its dimensions. There is even a dog beach.
Right at the harbor entrance, at the Zeeheldenplein, the long promenade along the sandy beach, the artwork Rock Strangers by Arne Quinze was set up.
