Deepelling down a 16 floor building, Conveyor tower at Old port of Montreal on a cold winter day was an amazing experience. I was there for almost three hours for a total of 4 descents. I am sharing the best parts of the recordings. The training was provided before the first descent. For anyone who never did something like this before, the first one is a mere survival. The second descent was much better and my jumps became a lot stabilized. The third descent which you see in this video, was amazing. I tried a couple of tricks which included a successful aerial 360 flip at a single positing and another gliding down as well. For the final descent, I was taught an intermediate trick where I squeezed the rope in both my hands, pulled it as far as I can and released it quickly which gave a free fall at a farther distance from the garage. You have to note that this sport is not really free fall and is more aligned to do tricks on the way down. The advantage of this is anyone can learn the sport techniques exponentially and get better within no time. We just need to overcome the fear of heights and falling.

Though each time taking the stairs for 16 floors was intimidating, it was absolutely worth-while. You will most likely have a great time doing this if you are a control freak as the entire descent is under your control. The only disappointment was after the first jump the adrenaline spike plunged down. I had no Adrenaline what so ever after the first jump but it was super fun.
