Located a 15 minute walk to the northwest of Nishikasai Station, the park includes a kids playground, fishing ponds, a teahouse and ornamental pond, and a free zoo.
This a huge park which is worth a visit! There are different seasonal flowers/ plants available and is very educational. Do take time to drop by to admire the beauty and also the fresh air. If you are itching for a jog, this is a good place to do so.

JAPANTRIP「Tokyo Subway Museum」Higashi Kasai Edogawa-ku Tokyo 【地下鉄博物館（葛西）】
The Tokyo Subway Museum is located in Kasai in eastern Tokyo. The Subway Museum features a number of historic Tokyo subway carriages, video displays, poster exhibitions, model train layouts and hands-on simulation games. The Tokyo Subway Museum is an excellent stop for train-mad children and their parents.
Visitors enter the museum through a subway ticket gate leading to a section on Tokyo's first underground line between Ueno and Asakusa (now part of today's Ginza-Line) which opened in 1927. On display in the 1920s-period reconstruction of Ueno station is an original 1927 model 1000 subway carriage, which was based on New York Subway rolling stock and a 1954 model 301 Marunouchi Subway Line carriage.
The Subway Museum also has displays on tunnelling technology and some excellent simulation games, where kids of elementary school age and above are allowed to drive the trains under the supervision of the uniformed attendants.
The Subway Museum also contains a 1938-model 129 electric carriage, where children can operate the doors, an audio-visual hall, a library, and a small room with drinks and snacks from vending machines.

2018 Japan Trip - Riding the Special DETECTIVE CONAN Train (at Yura/Conan Station in Tottori)
In Tottori (Which is about a 3 hour train ride northwest of Kyoto) there is a special town dedicated to the Detective Conan/Case Closed Anime/Manga series, where they have a bunch of statues all around the town of the characters from the show along with a manga museum dedicated to the creator of the series. Oh yeah, they have a specialty CONAN train that runs at certain times in the day as well, which we happened to catch when we went to Tottori on 7/3/18. :)

Kasai Rinkai Park is a park in Edogawa, Tokyo, Japan, which officially opened on June 1, 1989. The park includes a bird sanctuary and the Tokyo Sea Life Park aquarium. It was built on reclaimed land which includes two manmade islands, a viewing tower and a hotel. It is the second-largest park in the 23 wards of Tokyo.

Train Ride from Kasai Edogawa to Shinjuku
A snippet of my train ride from the station near my dorm towards my school in Shinjuku. We have to cross the Edogawa river which is really cool to see on clear days. There are sometimes boats zooming around and people picnicking near the edge of it.

I have been living in Tokyo for a year as an international student. Me and my flatmates lived in this apartment only around 10 minutes from Toei Shinjuku Line Funabori Station. I loved Funabori, it was such a great place!
