Macao Gastronomy Promotion at Taste MIGF 2018
Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), representative office in Malaysia is participating in Taste MIGF 2018 by showcasing the unique and famous gourmet of Macao with food sampling session. MGTO also invites Chef Sandra Burros all the way from Macao to demonstrate authentic Macanese cuisines, combining both the culture of Macao and Malaysia. Chef Sandra owns a café in Macao, namely Café Sab8 located at Patio de Chon Sau; with her signature dish Bacalhau (salted cod fish) Tart and Spicy Sardine Tart.
