As a destination with both a rich mining history and one of the state’s most thriving art communities, Mineral Point is truly unlike anywhere else in Wisconsin. Known for its role as the capitol of Wisconsin Territory in 1836, the community of Mineral Point, in SW WI has more recently earned a reputation as a center for arts, theater, creativity and inspiration. This Art in Motion Parade was held June 4, 2011as the Inaugural Annual celebration of the muses leading into the Summer Gallery night.
