Purni Bore, on the French Line, put through by the French Petroleum Co. in 1963, in far northern South Australia, on the Simpson Desert. Now a camping area for Witjira National Park. The bore flows @ 85 celcius, & some is allowed to flow into the man-made wetland to support the bird & animal life.
