Diving at Portsea back beach, Victoria, Australia . A sunny Sunday morning (7:00am !) Water temp 16 deg, viz 8 metres, depth about 18 metres - and a rather strong surge (which is not surprising, given it was behind an ocean beach) Big expectations as a crayfish dive, but alas, only saw one.
Dive charter was Redboats. (Thanks Luke!)

Cooking tip: Place it into cold fresh water for around an hour, then boil it in salt water, tastes amazing :)
