BRAESIDE,WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO GOLD COAST, MATTHEW & JENNA
Please watch: Lesbian Marriage - Emotional Same-Sex Gay Wedding Vows (2019)
--~--
jadoreweddings.com.au Matthew & Jenna first met when they were working together, with him being her boss. Jenna had taking quite a liking to Matthew when they first met at the pub, with her persistence she won over Matthew. And still he's incredibly amazed that he gets to have Jenna as his wife.
When one of our crew members turned up at Jenna's pre getting ready place, she had her two bridesmaids and mother surrounding her with a few laughs. With a deep dark red lipstick and a dress Jenna's mother made for her; the white lace meshed effortlessly with the pink undercoat to which we rarely see!! This sleeveless dress looked exquisite on Jenna with her hair done up and curled to the side, she truly looked like a dream. Accompanying her look was the two bridesmaids of her choosing who to which wore dark maroon floor length gowns with white trimming.
Before it was time to put on the assemble of clothes first Jenna had given Matthew an entourage of gifts accompanied with a letter. It was truly a beautiful moment, as Matthew claimed he wasn't even through the first paragraph before he started to wipe tears away from his eyes. What made the gifts even more personable was the little notes attached to each seperate gift she had given him for the day. From a pair of sunnies, to the expensive watch, Matthew was over joyed. Matthew adjourned his dark blue suit with a dark red tie and a matching hanky chief accompanying his look. Matthew had two of his groomsmen apart of his morning ritual, to which involved a selection of gifts and Matthews dad never failing to get a laugh or two from us.
when it was time to turn up at the ceremony, We couldn't wait to see how Matthew would react when he saw Jenna for the first time, this is always one of our favourite bits about the day, the groom getting to see his future bride.
The ceremony was small yet filled with soo much love inside the chapel. One of the favourite bits from the ceremony was the little small words Matthew said to Jenna in French, that small yet thoughtful gesture was beautiful.
The photo section was filled with all of us playing outdoors, with Braeside having a wide and open venue, featuring swings, courtyards and the quirky life size chess game. With all of these small locations taking into effect, we were left spoilt with our choice of where to go with both photo and video.
One of the massive surprises that contributed to the day, was the extreme hard work Jenna's parents put into surprising her for the reception of the year!! Yes it WAS Harry Potter themed. Starting from the very doorway, their was a quirky sign with each guest needing to look at the the houses and table/classes they were to be assigned to. With each table having it's own class and small trinkets centred around the middle, what made the gesture even more sentimental was the hard work Jenna's father put into carving the centre pieces around all of the reception tables.
Seeing Jenna's reaction as she walked through was amazing, she couldn't contain herself, and you couldn't fault her on that behalf. Planning a wedding in general is extremely taxing, with every detail needing to be precisely worked out, this beautiful gesture, was something I hope to see MORE of within working at weddings.
As the reception started to kick into action, their were numerous guests wanting to grab a photo with the bride and groom before everyone all ventured inside for the speeches and entree/dinner. We had an excellent selection of speeches made by the few chosen people Matt & Jenna wanted to speak at their wedding.
Throughout the rest of the wedding at night, it was spent with everyone sharing a few drinks and laughing along. The old classic songs came on over the dj system and with everyone knowing all of the words to to those certain old songs, this made for some great footage.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation Massage can be the most usual type of massage. It is a very calming type of Relaxation that uses long, softer kneading strokes to increase blood and to reduce stress. It is the systematic and specific manipulation of the soft Muscle tissues and muscles of our body.

Reduces stress
Greater sense of wellbeing
Improves circulation
Improves posture
Lowers blood pressure
Helps in pain management
Relaxes muscles
Improves flexibility
Improves breathing ability
Reduces tension headaches
Improves immune systems
Reduces depression
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy combines the use of essential oils and therapeutic massage. The oils, which come from plants, are highly concentrated and very powerful. Essential oils possess natural healing properties - without harmful side-effects.
Various massage techniques in combination with the beneficial properties of essential oils make aromatherapy massage ideal for:
pain relief,
relaxation of tired and stressed muscles,
improvement of blood and lymph circulation,
control of blood pressure,
relief of painful menstruation,
toxin removal,
cellulite prevention and/or removal and improvement of skin texture,
relief of intestinal and digestive problems,
strengthening the immune system,
stress and anxiety control,
strengthening the nervous system,
combating negative feelings and
general physical and mental revitalization
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep tissue massage is similar to Relaxation Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing built up muscle tension.
Deep tissue massage is a Professional massage technique that focuses on re-aligning the muscles and connective tissues at a grade that goes much deeper than the top skin layers. The strokes used are slower and the pressure force is much deeper than it is the case with relaxation massage that is performed for relaxation purposes and the therapy is focused on the muscles that are feeling the acute pain.
Deep tissue massage will additionally helps to relax muscles, evacuates waste products, improves oxygen and blood flow into your muscles. This helps your body remove toxins and metabolic wastes from tired and overworked muscles. Allowing them to revitalise from more quickly by Increased oxygen rich blood into the working Muscle Tissue.

Manitoulin Physio Centre
When Derek Debassige became a physiotherapist, a high-demand profession that could have taken him anywhere in Canada, he knew exactly where he needed to go: back home to the M'Chigeeng First Nation.
He's since opened the only private clinic on Manitoulin Island, growing it by leaps and bounds as he tries to stay true to the First Nations' medicine wheel and its approach to a balanced life. Indeed, Debassige strives daily to maintain his focus between his service to the community, the donation of his time to local causes, and his enjoyment of the natural splendor of the North.
It was really a lifestyle decision and getting back to working in a very diverse environment, said Debassige, whose practice primarily handles private outpatient orthopedics.
Working in Northern Ontario really allows you to spread your wings and be a specialist at being a generalist, is the way I look at it. You never know what's going to walk through the door at any given point in the day, working in rehab in a rural setting.
Debassige now handles referrals from physicians and institutions across the Island, with new clients setting foot in his lobby every day. The remaining half of his professional hours are spent catering to six local First Nations reserves, offering home and community care through regional organizations.
His professional path first began in Hamilton's McMaster University, where he obtained degrees in kinesiology and physiotherapy between 1994 and 2000.
With degree in hand, he moved back to his home community after being recruited by the North Shore Tribal Council to help develop a new long-term care program for outpatient and home care needs. There, he travelled daily to service five reserves from Manitoulin Island to Sault Ste. Marie.
After obtaining experience and a post-graduate degree in manipulative therapy from Australia's Curtin University, he branched out and created the Manitoulin Physio Centre in 2007.
He still works closely with the North Shore Tribal Council, assisting several days a week with such matters as obesity management, outpatient orthopedics and the needs of disabled children.
At the outset, Debassige was hesitant about how First Nations would respond to alternative medical care solutions, and acupuncture in particular. However, he was surprised to discover that the overwhelming majority of his earliest adopters were First Nations elders.
I think they grasped onto it because it had a traditional element and a lifespan prior to Western medicine, said Debassige. I wasn't sure how it was going to fly, but it's been great.
His business has since grown dramatically, with the size of the facility doubling earlier this year to include offices and a gym.
He's also in the process of absorbing Dynamic Health and Fitness, the business belonging to his wife Joanna, whose private personal training and fitness classes are well-suited to his own business goals.
Meanwhile, with what little time he can spare, he helps local sports teams with coaching and sponsorships, believing firmly in the importance of an active lifestyle.
His expertise has also attracted the interest of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, where he serves on the board of directors. He also served as chair of the National Aboriginal Health Organization in Ottawa before time constraints forced him to choose between his community and his regular trips to the nation's capital. Even from afar, he continues to advocate for First Nations health issues to be supported by policies, procedures and political will.
These efforts haven't gone unnoticed.
On top of this year's First Nations Business award from Northern Ontario Business, the Waubetek Business Development Corporation named him the 2009 Youth Entrepreneur of the Year. The Union of Ontario Indians similarly marked his contributions in 2008 with a health recognition award.
To continue bolstering his success, Debassige is on the hunt for two physiotherapists to complement his staff of two kinesiologists and two massage therapists.
This search represents his single biggest challenge: trying to find skilled people who, like him, are from the North and have an interest in returning. While the human resources issue is the only thing limiting his business' growth, it is a good problem to have, reflecting the community's seemingly boundless interest in his services.
The Island has been a great community to us, it's been very accepting and welcoming community from a professional standpoint, and M'Chigeeng as well has embraced one of its own with open arms.
