The main cottage of Kiviniemi was built in 1997 and refurbished in 2010. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The sofa bed in the living room can easily provide a bed for two more persons. The open kitchen and washroom are well equipped. The main cottage has an electric sauna.
The luxurious beach sauna and outdoor kitchen building, which was completed in 2013, features a wood sauna and a dressing room with a shower booth.
