Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” and taking more trips together and finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and travel hacking over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left January 10, 2016. We started this YouTube channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling. So we extended our 1 year trip to THREE years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

Zafrani Chicken Korma/Saffron Chicken Curry(In Urdu/Hindi)How To Make Zafrani Chicken Korma At Home
Since Korma is a popular traditional dish of Pakistani cuisine, there are a lot of variations in Korma recipes. Today I am sharing this deliciously aromatic Zafrani Chicken Korma. It is a traditional recipe of Asian cooking and a fancy version of chicken curry. The chicken with its gravy goes great with Naan. Have all your ingredients prepared and ready to go and this recipe will be a snap to make.
Zafrani chicken korma is a chicken special and savory chicken preparation flavored with mace powder and a medley of mixed spices. The zafrani chicken korma is a heavy bodied dish that can be served with rice or naan.
Chicken Korma is a traditional recipe originating in Central or Western Asia. Kormas are typically made by marinating the main ingredient in yogurt and spices like ginger and garlic. ... Kormas can range from mild to medium hot and taste nice with breads like Chapatis or Naan.
The poor old korma would be well justified in seeking revenge on the British palate in this world or the next. A noble dish that once graced the banquet tables of the imperial Mughal court, rich with cream and nuts and heavily scented with expensive spice, has become a byword for bland, a “starter” curry, beloved of children and others with unadventurous tastes. As Lizzie Collingham writes in her book, Curry: a Biography, the name korma has become a codeword for anything “mild and creamy”, just as vindaloo carries the warning sign: HOT! And though, having grown up on them (before graduating to the spicy heights of the chicken tikka masala), I have to admit a certain residual fondness for the almost marzipan-like flavours of a classic British curry house korma, I think we’re all big enough now to appreciate the more sophisticated flavours of the real deal. Which, despite my distinct lack of imperial kitchen space, proves surprisingly simple to make at home.
The Best possible way to make Chicken Korma is actually not that easy, people love the way Delhi style korma is made or how karma's korma is made but actually it need lots of technique and practice so in this video I have tried to make the technique as simple as possible so that everybody can make such amazing recipe at home....
Let’s learn how to cook supper delicious zafrani chicken chicken korma at home :

Food Fatafat is all about exploring cooking skills of our Indian Street food and world across a wide range of cuisines. Street food is ready-to-eat food or drink sold in a street or other public place, such as a market or fair, by a hawker or vendor, often from a portable food booth, food cart, or food truck. While some street foods are regional, many are not, having spread beyond their region of origin. Most street foods are also classed as both finger food and fast food, and are cheaper on average than restaurant meals. According to a 2007 study from the Food and Agriculture Organization, 2.5 billion people eat street food every day
Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions.

TOP 9 CHAATS At Bangalore’s Oldest Chaat Shop GANGOTREE | KING OF Tasty KOLKATA, North INDIAN CHAATS
#BangaloreStreetFood #Chaats #GourmetOnTheRoad
Gangotree Chaats and Sweets, Bangalore’s oldest and favourite chaat shop for Kolkata and North Indian style chaats, since 1986. Paani Puri, Jhal Mudi, Aloo Tikki Chola, Masala Cola, Rasagoola Chaat, Masala Puri, Dahi Samosa, Sev Puri, Channa Moth Chaat, Malai Ladoo
One of Bengaluru’s earliest chaat destinations, Gangotree has been satisfying chaat cravings since 1986 with its Kolkata and North Indian chaat offerings. In this episode of Gourmet On The Road, Food Lovers editor, Kripal catches up with second generation owner, Raj Sethia over an indulgent chaat outing where he tastes over 9 of the eatery’s palate-teasing combinations. If you’re a chaat lover, this is for you! Enjoy!
PAANI PURI
Super crunchy puri that holds together the spiced potato and bengal gram mix topped with the sweet, tangy paani, just long enough to unburden the delicious snack in your mouth. A riot of flavours and textures, this Kolkata style paani puri is a must-eat here.
rs. 40 (usd 0.6)

JHAL MUDI
True to its Kolkata roots, mustard oil is the hero in this concoction of puffed rice, potatoes, onions and peanuts. Served in a paper bag, this is the perfect fast food on the go for chaat lovers.
rs. 60 (usd 0.8)
8/10
ALOO TIKKI CHOLA
The aloo tikki, stuffed with green peas and grated coconut, has a nice crust. Topped with the hot chickpea gravy, this makes for a comforting snack.
rs. 60 (usd 0.8)
8.5/10
MASALA COLA
A concoction of Indian cola served up with spices, it's the perfect thirst quencher to refresh the palate in between ‘chatpata’ plates of chaat.
rs. 50 (usd 0.7)
7/10
RASAGOOLA CHAAT
A unique creation here, the ‘dissolve-in-the-mouth’ rasagoola chaat appears quite bewildering. But the mild sweetness of the rasagoola seems to work with the sweet and spicy hit of chutneys, yoghurt and the crispy texture of sev. If you want to try something different, this is it.
Rs. 70 (usd 1)
8.5/10
MASALA PURI
Karnataka’s favourite chaat, I found it to be a bit mellow as compared to the pointed flavours of the other concoctions here.
rs. 60 (usd 0.8)
7/10
DAHI SAMOSA
The crisp texture and robust flavours of the samosa have been tamed by the yoghurt. There’s the gentle aroma and flavour of fennel seeds in the samosa. Personally, I like the samosa just by itself.
rs. 60 (usd 0.8)
7/10
SEV PURI
The sev puri here plays ode to Mumbai’s streetfood with its perfect play of textures and tastes. There’s the crisp crunch of the papdi, the juicy crunch of onions and the cold creaminess of potatoes. The spicing is just perfect making every bite super-satisfying!
rs. 60 (usd 0.8)
9/10
CHANNA MOTH CHAAT
Made sans any fried ingredients, you need to specify this when you order, the channa moth chaat is a chatpata indulgence for the health conscious. This is what happens when chaat and salad come together.

MALAI LADOO
Rasagoola topped with reduced milk and saffron, this is a rich and indulgent dessert.
