¡Salud! You don’t have to be a mixologist to enjoy your favorite Bar Esquina cocktail at home. Here we show you how to prepare our popular Cabo Mule cocktail with ginger beer.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Stolichnaya vodka
Basil
Lime juice
Agave nectar
Ginger beer
Preparation:
In a glass with a shaker, mix basil, lime juice, agave nectar. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve over ice with a bottle of Fever Tree ginger beer.

You don't have to be a mixologist to enjoy your favorite Bar Esquina cocktail—made here with fresh, locally sourced ingredients—at home.
Here you will find a recipe for our popular Cabo Caliente cocktail:
Ingredients: Partida Blanco, fresh lime juice, agave, cilantro, cucumber, chili. Preparation:
First, put the cilantro, cucumber, chili, ¾ lime juice and ¾ of agave honey into shaker and muddle until everything is mixed to perfection. Put ice, then poor 2 ounces of Partida Blanco and shake all the ingredients together.
Presentation: Put ice in an old-fashion glass and put a strainer in shaker and pour into glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Ingredients: mango puree, chipotle puree, chili powder, 1 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce honey agave, 2 ounces mezcal joven
Preparation: Fill glass with ice. Add mezcal, followed by agave, lime juice, mango puree, and chipotle puree, then shake. Dip cocktail glass in lime juice, then chili powder. Strain cocktail and serve immediately.

Low-Cal Mexican Sangria with Yvette - #mituFIT
A Mexican sangria is a great party drink, especially when you add Yvette's special tequila kick. Fresh fruit juice, freshly chopped fruits, and your favorite wine makes for a refreshing and low-cal cocktail.

Sangria Mexicana
(15 servings)
Adapted from “Latin Twist”:
2 bottles red wine (recommend Rioja)
2 cups silver tequila
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 apple, cored and cut into thin wedges
1 pear, cored and cut into thin wedges
3 cups lime flavored sparkling water
Combine the wine, tequila, orange juice, and fruits in a large container or glass pitcher. Cover and chill completely, at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Add sparkling water to mixture when ready to serve. Serve in glasses with ice and some of the fruit.
This beautiful drink is best when prepared a day in advance.

Villa Gracia is an alluring, well-appointed Villa located in the private gated community of Punta Ballena, which is home to the world famous Esperanza Resort. Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones and rich red and brown accents give a classic yet contemporary feel to this Cabo Luxury Villa.
Villa Gracia is old world Mexico combined with modern day amenities and spacious indoor living areas that make this villa very comfortable for 3 or more couples. Guest bedrooms are large, with 3 of the 4 having ocean views. The master and three guest bedrooms are appointed with king beds and en suite bathrooms. One guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a shared bathroom. The lower master has a private pool, just steps from the suite.
There are ceiling fans throughout and the villa and it is equipped with audio and video that is i-friendly. There is a large kitchen and open living and dining space indoors and out. An infinity pool and spa complete with a small rock waterfall for those simple days of relaxation.

2011.03.01 - Carnival Splendor: Cabo San Lucas
Due to the violence in Mazatlan, we skipped that port and spent a couple of days in Cabo San Lucas instead. Which was great, but still way too short! We did a tour of El Arco, paid a visit to Gordo Lele's, had sangria in the barrios and had one of our best meals of our trip at Mariscos Mazatlan! Damn awesome.
