#rajaampat #piaynemo #traveling Saukabu Village, Paam Island, Raja Ampat, West Papua, Indonesia
Pokoknya asyik teman.
Semoga bermanfaat ya.

Church choir practice in village of Sawinggrai, Island of Gam, Raja Ampat, West Papua
As we travelled on Tiger Blue from Sorong to Gam, we stopped at Sawinggrai to hike into the forest in the hope of viewing the Red Bird of Paradise. On our way back we walked through the village & 'caught' the choir practicing at the church. There was a choir singing competion coming up in Manokwari & the ladies were practising their songs, all composed on their own, sung acappella to the beat of a stick banged on the ground.

Arborek village, Raja Ampat, Indonesia
Nice village called #Arborek. From #Daroyen village went several times. Is an incredible #diving spot and #snorkelfromthebeach spot. Although the turism and the quick development of resorts is bringing serious problems related with waste. #domesticwastewaters lead to less water visibility affecting #seagrass development. Corals are getting break by bad snorkeling technics and #plasticwaste is all over the place

This was one of the most remote places I have ever visited and one of the most remote builds that we have ever done. The people I met were the same. They cared about their children and worked shoulder to shoulder with me to make this library happen.

Join the Kalabia: Bird's Head Seascape, Raja Ampat, Indonesia
The Kalabia marine conservation education program is an overwhelming success with villagers and the government of Raja Ampat. As the MV Kalabia travels from village to village in Indonesia's Raja Ampat archipelago, the boat usually receives a warm reception from communities, though it isn't delivering food, medical supplies or cell phones. Instead, it brings a more enduring gift: an education for local children that teaches the true value of natural systems for healthy human lives.
Learn more about the Kalabia's efforts and see how the team is engaging local communities, and students, to secure a healthy ocean for future generations.
