The Pearl Resort Pacific Harbour Fiji Reef Snorkel via Kayak June 2018
This was a nice reef to snorkel but it took some effort as we had about a 20 minute kayak ride from the dock at the Pearl Resort out to the reef and then of course another 20 minutes or so to get back. This was a fun way to wind down the day before turning in for the night :)

Trip to Uprising Beach Resort, Pacific Harbour, Fiji
On our recent visit to Fiji, my brother Nishchay took us for a short day trip to the Uprising Beach Resort to enjoy their beach side bar and take in the beautiful scenery.
For a short day trip, it was great and very relaxing. The resort is located not too far from Suva so travelling was a not problem. He also took us to this fish and chips restaurant that was served one of the best fish and chips I had whilst in Fiji. Enjoy.

Dakuwaqa's Garden - Underwater footage from Fiji & Tonga
Underwater footage shot whilst scuba diving in the Fiji islands and Tonga. Featuring colorful coral reefs, huge schools of tropical fish, sharks, humpback whales, underwater caves, scuba divers and much more marine life from the south Pacific.

The coral reefs of the south Pacific are alive with a huge variety of tropical fish and marine critters. A great way to explore them is to scuba dive with the Nai'a liveaboard based in Fiji. I was working as the Nai'a's video pro when I shot this footage. See
The underwater footage was shot in high definition HDV 1080i 60i with my Sony HVR-Z1P HDV camera in a Light & Motion Bluefin HD housing. The footage was converted to 720p for YouTube using my high quality method:

Beqa Island
Whilst in Fiji myself and a few other volunteers went to Beqa (pronounced Benga) Island and snorkeled in the Beqa Lagoon which is between the Island and Pacific Harbor.
This is a video some of the clips put together that I took on my underwater camera. I apologise for the shaky-ness of some of the clips!

Attacked by reef sharks in Fiji (at 02:45')
Bucket list Number 1: We went on a trip to Fiji and were lucky enough to swim with majestic mantarays and reef sharks. This video was shot in the northern islands of Fiji, the Yasawa Islands. Big thanks to Naqalia Lodge, Barefoot island resort, Blue Lagoon resort and my awesome brother Yann who gave me a Gopro :D
Sorry the first part of the video is in bad quality because the first minute wasn't shot with the gopro but the rest is pretty cool in HD.
By the way, I m happy to give tips to people who want to go there.
I hope you ll enjoy watching the video and I hope it will inspire you for your next trip :)
Diving with sharks in Fiji (Pacific Harbour / Beqa island) with Aqua-Trek
Diving with sharks is one of the things that Fiji is famous about. It’s one of the only few place in the world where it is possible to encounter 8 different type of sharks. This video was made in Aqua-Trek shark dive site between Pacific Harbour & Beqa island - “The Bistro”. Where you can be in the water with blacktip, grey and white tip reef sharks, and their bigger cousins, Tawny nurse, Sicklefin lemon, Bull and if you are lucky the elusive Tiger sharks.

BEACHCOMBER ISLAND, FIJI (2019)
Beachcomber island is located in the Yasawa islands which is a group of islands northwest of the main island of Fiji. Beachcomber island is known as the party island in this group of islands. It has an amazing sand beach surrounding the island and crystal clear water for snorkeling with many amazing reefs. You can also do scuba diving around the island since you can rent the equipment there.
There is also a volleyball court and tall trees in the middle of the island as well as a mini golf course and a turtle sanctuary. You can rent jet skies and paddle boards as well as kayaks. The Beachcomber island is located just a 15 minutes boat ride from the previous island in this video series, the South Sea Island.
