The interior features maple hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with a LCD TV, window seat, built-in closets and drawers, bathrobes, luggage rack and two bedside tables with lamps. Leading from the bedroom are French doors to a private dune level screened-in porch with a Jacuzzi tub.
The porch has curtains that can be drawn for complete privacy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. The second floor offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, frig with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven and dining table with two chairs.
The living room features a wood-burning stove-style fireplace, 50” LCD TV with HD cable box, DVD, wireless internet, comfortable seating and coffee table. A French door off the living room opens to a covered porch complete with 2 cocktail height chairs and table as well as a romantic hammock overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.
The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) of a full mid-week clean (with weekly stays only) and the departure clean (daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee), 2 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. Our Guests will also enjoy a free daily newspaper of their choice (based on availability) and a welcome free coffee at either the Seaside or Rosemary Beach Amavida Coffee.

The Cultural Arts Association of Walton County presents ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival in May 2010. The Festival moved to The Town of Seaside, just two miles down Scenic Hwy. 30A from Grayton Beach, where in 1989, the event was founded and lived for seven years. ArtsQuest then spent seven years in Eden Gardens State Park and another seven years in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

Located above the Seaside Kids store via a gated private entrance, this flat begins with fabulous outdoor spaces decorated with teak furnishings including an outdoor dining table that seats eight, two Adirondacks and two cocktail height chairs with tall table. Enjoy a play or concert on the Amphitheater lawn or simply revel in the soft Gulf breezes and lovely water and sunset views.
Once inside, you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space of this brand new build out. All rooms are graced by lovely hardwood floors. The living area has two sofas (one with a queen sleeper bed), two plush side chairs, two huge lamps, coffee table and credenza with HD Cable service, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD, wireless internet and free long distance. The dining table seats eight with 2 captain’s chairs pulled up to ends of table. The kitchen has a large island with four barstools, sink and dishwasher. The counters are smooth white solid surface; the appliances are Whirlpool with a glass top range and French door style frig with icemaker and microwave. There is also a huge pantry for grocery storage.
The first bedroom is a King guest bedroom with two bedside tables, two lamps, large closet, dresser, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. The next bedroom is the open bunk bedroom (this bedroom has no door and is in the hallway that leads to the master bedroom).
There are six built-in twin bunk beds with built-in storage closets and drawers for clothing storage. This area also has its own dresser, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. There are also a couple of stools for seating. The hall bath serves both the first king guest bedroom and the bunk room. Tiled in white marble, it has a tub/shower, vanity sink as well as the washer dryer. The laundry closet (within the bathroom) offers super capacity units and a large counter for folding and further storage of personal items.
The large master bedroom has a king bed with wall-mounted bedside lamps, desk with chair, phone and lamp for those who must stay in touch, built-in dresser, extra large closet that could even fit a crib for the baby, full-length mirror, two side chairs with little tables and lamps for reading / relaxing, two additional stools, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. The large marble tiled master bath has even more built-in drawers, walk-in shower and double vanity sink

Tranquillity Unit 310 sits high on a sand dune cliff for gorgeous views from the balcony and living room and master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows - perfect for spotting dolphins. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and its own flat screen TV. Master bath has jetted tub and separate shower.
Our condo is 1.5 miles from Rosemary Beach (an easy walk on the beach or bike ride for lunch, boutique shopping, spa, tennis or evening out for dinner) plus Camp Creek Golf, Deer Lake State Park, Alys Beach, Seagrove and Seaside are a short bike ride away to provide ample dining and entertainment options. Walk out the door of the condo and hop on the 20 miles of paved path to jog, walk or bike the full length of 30A.
