Design of the second course – the HERITAGE - was entrusted to Jonathan Davison. The second eighteen holes in its high standard complement the LEGEND, creating an attractive alternative.
The difference is a return to the roots and traditions of island-design courses, enhancing the views of the splendour and natural colours of the countryside abundant in this area.
World-renowned shaper Mick McShane was in charge of shaping the holes. His signature is on such courses as Kingsbarnes and The Castle Course in the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links in Scotland.
The grand opening of the second 18-hole course Heritage took place in August 2013.

Keď uvidel Karel Skopový senior (zakladateľ známej golfovej dynastie) po prvýkrát rozľahlú rovinu od Bielych Karpát smerujúc k rieke Morava v blízkosti vinohradov a keď typický skalický vietor rozvlnil trávu, hneď vedel, že je to to správne miesto pre milovníkov golfu. V tejto harmónii prírody nazval domáce ihrisko Golf Clubu Skalica malým Talianskom.

Golf na TA3, 5. 6. 2014 - II. KPMG SKGA TOUR v Skalici
30. mája - 1. júna sa na ihrisku Golf Club Skalica uskutočnil druhý turnaj SKGA KPMG Tour II. Na turnaj bolo prihlásených 99 hráčov, 41 žien a 58 mužov. Víťazom trojkolového turnaja v mužskej kategórii je Peter Valášek a v ženskej kategórii Natália Hečková.

Penati Golf Resort
Penati Golf Resort is a singular project in Slovakia that has become an addition to the map of the top golf resorts in Central Europe. Constructed in the Záhorie region near the town of Senica, amidst pine forests on land interspersed with white sand dunes and with an uncommonly large size of 217 hectares and distinctive features, this is the first complex in Slovakia designed to meet the expectations of a broad range of golfers and golfing enthusiasts. A total of 20 million euros has been invested in the project.
