Marsing is a city in Owyhee County, Idaho, United States. The population was 1,031 at the 2010 census. This is a drone flight over the Snake River at Marsing, Idaho.
The Yuneec Typhoon Q500 4K Drone does a amazing job as you see from the video above which was captured at 4K and photos are just as impressive. It isn’t small but is easy to carry and has just just over 20 min. of flight time and I would recommend a 2nd battery. I have the Halo Bolt which I bought on QVC but you can find it on Amazon – It did come with a 16GB mini-sd storage card from Kingston which had the manual on PDF and some demo videos, one battery, the ground station with an awesome 5.5″ screen, 4 extra wings, tightening tool and some spare parts.

Oxbow Dam, Council Idaho Near Brownlee Dam. Dam's of America/United States!
Oxbow Dam is a hydroelectric run-of-the-river rockfill dam on the Snake River on the Idaho-Oregon border, in Hells Canyon (river mile 273). It is part of the Hells Canyon Project that also includes Hells Canyon Dam and Brownlee Dam, built and operated by Idaho Power Company.
The dam's powerhouse contains four generating units with a total nameplate capacity of 190 megawatts (250,000 hp).
Lacking passage for migrating salmon, the three Hells Canyon Project dams blocked access by anadromous salmonids to a stretch of the Snake River drainage basin from Hells Canyon Dam up to Shoshone Falls, which naturally prevents any upstream fish passage to the upper Snake River basin.

Welcome to Blackfoot Idaho! Home of the Eastern Idaho State Fair!
Blackfoot is a city in Bingham County, Idaho, United States. The population was 11,899 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Bingham County. Blackfoot boasts the largest potato industry in any one area, and is known as the Potato Capital of the World.
The city of Blackfoot is located near the center of Bingham County, on the south side of the Snake River. It was designated the county seat by the Thirteenth Territorial Legislature on January 13, 1885. Originally, the county seat was to be Eagle Rock (the original name for Idaho Falls). However, supposedly, on the night before the legislation was to be signed, men from Blackfoot bribed a clerk to erase Eagle Rock and write in Blackfoot. The measure went through without opposition and was signed by the governor. The origin of this accusation, written many years after the event, was a Blackfoot newspaper editor named Byrd Trego. The battle for county seat between Eagle Rock and Blackfoot was a political tug-of-war involving sectional and anti-Mormon factions in the Idaho Legislature. The leader of the southeastern Idaho anti-Mormons was a Yale graduate named Fred T. Dubois, who settled in Blackfoot in 1880. The legislative maneuvering to overturn Eagle Rock as the county seat naturally left “disparaging rumors intimating some skullduggery on Blackfoot’s part.
Frederick S. Stevens and Joe Warren were the first permanent white settlers of record in Bingham County. In 1866 Stevens and Warren filed claims in the Snake River Valley near the present-day location of Blackfoot, where they started farming and ranching. The area was a flat, expansive plain of sagebrush frequented by Indians. To create a place of safety for the scattered settlers when they feared Indian trouble, Mr. Warren outfitted his cabin with holes between the logs where men could stand guard, day or night, until the natives left the neighborhood. When the Utah Northern Railroad signed contracts to expand north into Idaho in the 1870s, some of the settlers laid out a town on the Shilling and Lewis homesteads. The planned town, named Blackfoot, which was what the area had been called by fur traders, was near the Corbett stage station, about a mile from the Snake River, and two miles from the Blackfoot River.
Civil War veteran William Edward Wheeler, from Vermont, was an early settler. On July 1, 1880, Wheeler began publishing a newspaper called the Blackfoot Register. The first issue described the businesses in operation in Blackfoot on the publication date: “four general merchandise stores, one jewelry store, a livery stable, four saloons, a hotel, one meat market, two blacksmith shops, one barber shop and one lumber yard.” Henry W. Curtis opened the first hardware store in 1885.

It is part of the Hells Canyon Project that also includes Hells Canyon Dam and Oxbow Dam, built and operated by Idaho Power Company. The first and upper-most of the three dams, its contractor was Morrison-Knudsen of Boise. It started filling on May 9, 1958, 60 years ago, flooding the community of Robinette.
The dam's powerhouse contains five generating units with a total nameplate capacity of 585.4 megawatts.

IDAHO in the summer. Falls Creek and Heise along the Snake River
Rising in the western Wyoming, the Snake River is a major river of the greater Pacific Northwest in the United State, the river flows through the Snake River Plain of southern Idaho. Walk around Woodhead Park by Snake River; Idaho
Historical information is available here
Do many people actually come here in the summer? It looks like there will always be plenty of room year round. The rule about reserving space may be a ploy to make us believe it gets full.
As clean as the park is, it's hard to believe many people come here. One sign I like to look for is trails that people make that were unintended by the park. I expect to see a trail to the bathroom, but the grass looks strong and hardy. The park never made a good direct trail to the bathroom and its best to walk on the grass for the fastest route. Yet, there is no walked trail to show signs of people.
