Getting Custom Greek Sandals Handmade by a Poet | Athens, Greece

To kick off our three weeks in Greece, we landed in Athens to sample some Greek food and get custom leather sandals made by the poet-sandalmaker Pantelis Melissinos. Greek food is all kinds of delicious, and the mixed grill and bougatsa that we had in this episode were just the tip of the iceberg. This was the start of our love affair with Greek food - you may see us gradually put on a few pounds along the way, because WE certainly did!
