TATTOO CONVENTION COVERAGE - Inxtravaganza Anaheim, CA 2 of 2
SullenTV and host Bernadette Macias finish up 2013 Inxtravaganza Tattoo Convention with Corey Miller, London Reese, Johnny Quintana, Jeremiah Barba, Allan Rivera and Abey Alvarez.
Corey Miller is a tattoo artist and television personality. He began tattooing at the age of 15. He is the owner of a tattoo shop in Upland, California called Six Feet Under. He was one of the core tattoo artists on the reality television show LA Ink. Miller specializes in black and gray portraits and dragon art.
London Reese- I am merely a man; suffocated by art. London is a southern California native who loves life and all of the art in it. He grew up with a pencil in his hand and an unrelenting passion for illustration. Music has always been an important part of his life and continues to inspire all of his artistic endeavors. He is a self-taught tattoo artist. He did his first few tattoos in 2006 while studying art in college. After a bit of development and some real soul searching, he began tattooing full-time in 2008. Graphic realism and illustrative tattooing have become his main interest and focus in his work. He is constantly striving to progress as an artist and hopes that it comes through in every tattoo that he does. The art of tattooing is sacred to me and I am honored to be a part of such an amazing community of artists. Cheers.
Johnny Quintana was born on April 6, 1979 in San Bernandino, California. His family then moved to Guanajuato, Mexico, where he lived for the first ten years of his life. Johnny was exposed to the beauty of the land, the people, the language and dialects and the amazing landscapes of Mexico. The setting of his childhood was surrounded by the richness and purity of the culture which brings about a lot of influence in his early works. Most of Johnny's early works and drawings reflect the colorful and diverse Mexican culture: The people, their homes, market places, fields, churches, and towns. Drawing and painting were constant companions throughout his school years. Art became his constant outlet for expression. Johnny wanted to exhibit his own personal interpretations of what this land offered his eyes.
Jeremiah Barba,Tattoos at Outer Limits Tattoo Long Beach,CA.Specializing in the Dark Art style.Has been Tattooing for over 14 years.Has one over 60 awards from conventions all over the world. Also been featured in the industries best tattoo magazines. If you you would like to get tattooed by him.please check out jbarba.net. Allan Rivera owns and operates Renaissance Studios. Allan Rivera has been tattooing for 7 years, and his talents range from portraits and black and grey fine line tattooing, to Japanese traditional and full color custom work. He has built a loyal following and, in 2012, decided to open up his own studio in order to accommodate the work load. Allan Rivera met with close friend Joe Diorio, and within months of their discussion, the two opened for business. Allan decided to create his ideal tattoo studio: a comfortable environment, a gracious attitude, and above all else, a fervent desire to continue perfecting his craft. San Clemente was the obvious location choice as Allan has grown up and currently lives just a few short miles north on PCH.
Abey Alvarez - Born in East Los Angeles and raised in Pomona, California, Abey has a family of three kids (Trinity, Lil Abey, and Jayla), and a beautiful girlfriend (Jenna). They are the love of his life and his motivation. Abey grew up working in a barber shop since the age of 5 sweeping, cleaning windows, and shining shoes. By the age of 15, Abey was cutting hair. In his twenties, Abey managed to end up in prison, and that's when it all started. His celly, Beto, from East Los Angeles, introduced him to tattooing, and man does time fly. It's taken him for a crazy ride. Abey now works for Lowrider Tattoo, and he would not have it any other way. Abey specialize in Black and Grey (Realism).

September 18, 2017 Fatal BMW Motorcycle vs Hyundai Crash Lake Elsinore, CA Hwy 74
Lake Elsinore, CA - Monday, September 18, 2017 at 5:02 p.m. officers with the California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal head-on-vehicle accident that took place on the westbound lane of Highway 74 west of Grand Ave. Two vehicles were involved in the fatal collision to include a red BMW motorcycle and a newer gray Hyundai.
When officers arrived, they located the Hyundai and the motorcycle blocking the westbound lane as well as a lot of debris scattered throughout the roadway from both vehicles. Three individuals, two men and a woman who travelled in the Hyundai remained at the scene and were extremely distraught.
The solo rider of the motorcycle, a male was located on the ground, he was treated by paramedics however he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the responding Coroner. The rider was later identified by the Riverside County Coroner’s Office as 42-year-old Kenji Nash of Beaumont, CA. Upon impact, Nash was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the right shoulder to the westbound lane more than 40 feet behind the vehicle. The motorcycle appeared to have bounced back and away from the vehicle after impact landing on the ground more than 30 feet in front of the vehicle.
During the course of the investigation, first responders draped a U.S. flag over Nash. Traffic was reduced to a shared lane for both directions as Firefighters stopped and directed traffic while Highway Patrol Officers measured and investigated the collision.
According to witnesses at the scene, the Hyundai was travelling westbound on the westbound lane when Nash who travelled eastbound crossed the double solid lines dividing the road and collided head-on with the Hyundai. Nash was allegedly seen as he repeatedly passed other motorists and crossed onto the opposite lane of the highway moments prior to the collision.
The three occupants of the Hyundai were in shock, they were evaluated by paramedics and then departed the scene in a different vehicle.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Temecula Field Office at (951) 506-2000.

The Nightmare World of Gang Stalking
More than 10,000 people worldwide claim they're the victims of a vast organized surveillance effort designed to ruin their lives, a phenomenon known as gang stalking. Mental health experts see gang stalking as a symptom of paranoia, but the self-identified victims who insist what they're experiencing is real have come together online and in support groups to share their stories.
VICE met up with a handful of Americans who claim their lives have been derailed by gang stalking to understand what serious consequences the phenomenon presents. Then we hear from Dr. Josh Bazell, one of many physicians who believes the victims of gang stalking are experiencing dangerous delusions that could be treated by mental health professionals.
