VIEWING of this simply stunning Victorian double fronted property is a must in order to appreciate its charm and character. Built around 1840, the house boasts a wealth of period features which have been lovingly restored and maintained to a very high standard by the present owners. This is a wonderful, very spacious and versatile family home bursting with potential.

Ecotherapy in Knowsley's parks
Companies across Merseyside are now able to spend the day honing their team working skills and enjoying the great outdoors at one of Knowsley Council’s ecotherapy sessions.
The first of these sessions was based around bushcraft skills and took place in Halewood Park, with teams from major local employers, including QVC, Davey’s Chemist and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service taking part.
These Ecotherapy sessions are a great way for your team to get to know each other and work together, and help promote health and wellbeing, reduce stress and help increase productivity.
The Bushcraft day was developed in answer to the increasing popularity of Bear Grylls-type outdoor adventures and form part of a wider ecotherapy and outdoor environmental education programme offered by the borough’s Green Space Rangers.
In addition to the Bushcraft sessions for businesses, the programme offers a range of outdoor education courses for schools and early years providers.

Within walking distance of Rainhill village and a wealth of local amenities and excellent schools, the property also has excellent motorway access.together with direct rail connections to Liverpool and Manchester. Viewing at the earliest opportunity is strongly advised in order to appreciate
the quality of the accommodation on offer.
This beautiful family home circa 1852 retains many of its original Victorian features. The accommodation is extremely spacious and the ground floor briefly comprises an entrance hall with solid maple flooring, a lounge, a dining room and an elegant garden room, all with feature fireplaces
There is also an impressive large dining kitchen which has built-in quality appliances, a utility room with double Belfast sink and a downstairs cloakroom which completes the ground floor.
There are three cellar rooms.
Upstairs, there is a shower room with a feature Victorian `needle` shower, a family bathroom with roll top bath and six
king sized bedrooms and one double bedroom, all spread over the top two floors. The master bedroom has a magnificent roll top bath.
There is access to a roof top deck from the second floor
The gardens are a particular feature and have been lovingly tended by the current owners, and include a herb garden, lawned areas, an
original wash house and coal storage, a water feature and rill.

Knowsley Residents MARCH FOR PARKS on SUNDAY 22 APRIL 2018
This video takes the journey from Court Hey Park to Huyton Village and the Knowsley Council Offices in protest at the disgraceful land grab of the Borough's Parks.
Much used, green flag and loved areas of the Borough which belong to the public are to be stolen to be held in Trust for the profits of the few all sanctioned by the Knowsley Labour Party now becoming known as The Party for the Few NOT the Many!
Six minutes encapsulates weeks of organisation and a rain sodden march made by the will of amazing caring people.

Knowsley Is Flooding
Thursday 11 January 2018 junction of Whiston Lane/Pottery Lane. Three way traffic lights and shocking images of sandbags outside the front doors of peoples homes.
Exponential over development and massive loss of Greenspace is creating a disaster for local residents.
With the impending threat of the Halsnead Garden Village and the loss of Parks now too, who wants to live in Knowsley?
