Αθλητές από Ελλάδα και Κύπρο δώσανε το καλύτερό τους εαυτό για να δείξουμε σε όλο το πλανήτη τη δύναμη μας και για μια ακόμα προσπάθεια να περάσουμε ένα μήνυμα σε όλους τους δημάρχους της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου πως υπάρχει έλλειψη από μονόζυγα στα πάρκα, ο κόσμος θέλει να ασχοληθεί και δεν έχει τη δυνατότητα επειδή δεν υπάρχουν εγκαταστάσεις, δεν είναι επικίνδυνο άθλημα άμα ξέρει ο καθένας τις δυνατότητές του και το κάνει με ασφάλεια.
Το street workout είναι ένα είδος γυμναστικής που γίνετε σε εξωτερικό χώρο οπουδήποτε και χρειάζεται πολύ δύναμη για να φτάσει ένας αθλητής σε μεγάλο επίπεδο.

Street workout is not a dangerous sport if you know your limits..It is also s sport that you can trai outside for free and tou need a lot of power to be at a very strong level.

Ninja Warrior Training at Calisthenics Park in Athens
I have had a lot of requests from people regarding advice on training routines that can be implemented anywhere to help with Ninja skills. This is a full training session at the Best Outdoor Gym in Athens, Greece during a recent holiday. This workout involves a mix of calisthenics moves (bar transfers, muscle ups, etc) together with intermediate strength and grip strength moves targeting the whole upper body and introducing progressive fatigue. Despite the benefits it is really a fun way to train and although it cannot replace training on specific Ninja obstacles it is great for the travelling Ninja. Always remember to train properly and within your means. Some of those moves can cause injury if executed improperly.
