Lively shopping street: Sunamachi Ginza
The scene from an old good shopping street, Sunamachi Ginza Shoten-gai, located in Koto ward, Tokyo.
10-15 mins walk from Minami Sunamachi station on Tokyo Metro Tozai line. This particular dish, Oden is a popular winter food in Japan. At this store, Masahide Kamaboko, each item costs only ¥50-100.
ロックンロール砂町銀座 Walk through the street Sunamachi-Ginza along rock'n'roll α A77 Movie
久しぶりに砂町に訪れたおりに撮影したビデオです。
以前から砂町銀座と言われる商店街に興味があったので今回行ってきました。

This video shows the scenes of the shopping street Sunamachi-Ginza.
At early part of this movie, you can see the scenes of an area around Minamisuna station in Koto ward,Tokyo.
At the middle of this movie,it starts showing the scenes of Sunamachi-Ginza street.
We can hear the rhythm or rough beats of rock'n'roll in any part of this street.
Rock'n'roll is used as back ground music in this area,I don't know who decided so and why it was chosen.
I enjoyed walking along this street.
If this area is nearer my town,I would buy more things that are necessary for my daily life.

Ginza District Tokyo
Ginza (銀座?) is a district of Chūō, Tokyo, located south of Yaesu and Kyōbashi, west of Tsukiji, east of Yūrakuchō and Uchisaiwaichō, and north of Shinbashi.
Ginza is named after the silver-coin mint established there in 1612 during the Edo period.

After the Tsukiji area burnt to the ground in 1872, the Meiji government designated the Ginza area as model of modernisation

Hamarikyu is a beautiful Edo-period garden hidden just beyond the Shiodome and Shimbashi area.
Zojoji is one of the seven great head temples of Jodo Sect, located in Shiba Park. It was built in 1393 and moved to this location in 1598. Zojoji is known to be the family temple of the biggest shogunate during the Edo period and in fact is the house of 6 Tokugawa shogunates.
One of the indearing features of this site is located on the side of the main building. The Sentai Kosodate Jizo statues stand in line in cute little red hats and pinwheels smiling at you.
The Tokyo Farmer's Market is located in front of United Nation University, just 5 minutes walk from Omotesando Station.
Jiyugaoka, directly translated means Freedom Hill. The area started developing in the 1920’s and over the years has become desirable places to live in Tokyo. Wide open streets, minimal crowds, a variety of shops and restaurants and only a 12min ride from Shibuya make it one my favorite chill spots in Tokyo.
Koto Hirgagu shrine is wedged right in the middle of the Toranomon business district. Built in the 1600's, this shrine used to be the south entrance of Edo Castle.
The 4 animals on the torii represent the 4 Guardians of the East, West, South and North. It signifies that this was once a very powerful site. It enshrines the strongest god in Japanese mythology Oomono Nuno Kami.

[anime]Japanese streets on festival day[manga]
These scenes I videotaped are from the Tokasan Festival which is annually held in Hiroshima. Enjoy these very usual festival landscapes in Japan.
*1. Angel (Ramiel): This flying translucent blue octahedron is one of Angels in the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.
*2. Analog Bear: A mascot character created by internet users of analog TV broadcasting ending in 2011. The narrator is making a joke about its disappearing future. The design of Analog Bear originated from a Japanese internet character Kuma that has been derogatively introduced as Pedobear among western internet users. In fact, this Analog Bear has no connection with the concept of Pedobear.
*3. Digital Deer: A mascot character of a new digital broadcasting by the Association for Promotion of Digital Broadcasting in Japan. The original ambassador was fired (for scandal).

Tokyo Cycling Tour In Fresh Green Path - 4K 50fps / Gopro
Found a nice cycling road in Koto-ku. It was pretty fun to ride the bike while enjoying the fresh green views. This area has several streams and green spaces so it's perfect for a running and cycling. I saw some cherry blossom trees and so we can enjoy Hanami here in cherry blossom's season. Starting from sendaiborigawa park, and heading for MOT(Museum of contemporary art Tokyo). Have posted the route map on Patreon.
