RegenAG® KeylineClip - 2010
Taranaki Farm, outside of Woodend, Victoria, Australia — just over an hour north of Melbourne, Australia's 2nd biggest city. It is a well-known exponent of the some of the philosophies and practices of Polyface Farm (PolyfaceFarms.com).
From 1997 to 2012 we worked closely with the Falloon family in the development of their multi-generational 'Taranaki Farm', planting a lot of trees, building dams and roads and conducting a number of trainings.
In late 2009 (a follow-up to our Carbon Farming Courses and Carbon Economy Series) we worked closely with Taranaki Farm's Ben Falloon, Milkwood's Kirsten Bradley and Nick Ritar, and the current owners of RegenAG® in Australia, Georgie Lemke and Kym Kruse to develop the RegenAG® Workshop Series across Australia.
Taranaki Farm has hosted more trainings and events featuring Polyface Farms' Joel Salatin than any other farm in Australia.
Outside of Ben Falloon's wide skills as a farmer, is a highly skilled multimedia producer, and he whipped up this ad for one of the Keyline® Farm Planning program's I led at his family farm in 2010.
Work continues on Taranaki Farm with Ben leading a number of 'Taranaki Farm Discovery Tours' starting September 23, 2017.
