Family Weekend, just enjoying a fun family get away, feel free to watch and enjoy our moments we had with our disney side in our disney life.
A large percentage of theme park guests go online prior to coming to a theme park to find out which attractions they would like to see. While at the theme park, guests can put away their camera and just enjoy the attractions knowing that someone else has recorded for later viewing. These videos are also meant to share the experience for those many people who may not be able to attend in person for whatever reason.
Disneyland California is owned by Walt Disney Company.who also owns the California Adventure and Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Disneyland rides include the Tower of Terror, the Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan Alice in Wonderland, and Disney Princess and are located in the Magic Kingdom theme park. Roller Coasters include Space Mountain, California Screamin, and the Matterhorn Bobsleds. Fantasmic is a fireworks.

Places to see in ( Anaheim - USA )
Places to see in ( Anaheim - USA )
Anaheim is a city outside Los Angeles, in Southern California. It's home to the Disneyland Resort, a massive complex of family-friendly, Disney-themed rides, restaurants, hotels and shops. The city's also home to pro sports teams. The Honda Center is the indoor arena where the Anaheim Ducks hockey team plays, and Angel Stadium is the home field of the Los Angeles Angels baseball team.
Anaheim is a city in Orange County, California. It is best known for being the home of Disneyland. Its second claim to fame is hosting the National Hockey League's Anaheim Ducks and Major League Baseball's Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The Anaheim Convention Center is a multi-purpose convention center in the Anaheim Resorts District.
The Anaheim Ducks are an NHL Hockey that plays across from Angel Stadium in the Honda Center (formerly the Arrowhead Pond). The team was formed by the Walt Disney Company in 1993 as an expansion franchise, and was first named The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (named after the Disney movie.) The team is considered very successful for a expansion franchise, and won it's only Stanley Cup in 2007. The arena also hosts concerts, show events, basketball games.
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are an MLB team that competes in the American League West, while the neighboring Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres play in the National League West. The club was founded by Gene Autry in 1961 and has played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim since 1966. The team first was called the California Angels from 1965 to 1996, the Anaheim Angels from 1997 to 2004, and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim from 2005 to 2015. The club won it's first and only championship in 2002 over the San Francisco Giants. Numerous hall of famers have played for the Angels, but the only to don the club in the hall is Vladimir Guerrero. The team is currently home to Mike Trout, a center-fielder who has won the American League MVP twice and is widely considered the best player in baseball. Angel Stadium of Anaheim is also used for monster truck and motorbike events, as well as baseball exhibition events, and other purposes.

HIDDEN Disneyland Secrets
Welcome to the most magical place on earth! After its grand opening back in July of 1955, Disneyland has enamored guests for 63 years and counting. While you explore the park or wait four hours to ride the infamous “It’s a Small World”, we’ve conjured up a list of some of Disneyland’s Hidden Secrets that you can try to spot while you explore the Magic Kingdom.
Subscribe to Talltanic
11. Lost Parents Poster
Another secret on our list at City Hall happens to be right in front of it! At first glance, you’ll notice that the poster has two parents looking concerned for their lost children. If you’re a big Disney fan you will notice right away that those parents belong to Wendy, Michael, and John Darling from Peter Pan. I guess their children could be described as truly “lost” while on their adventures with Peter.
10. The Mercedes Jeep
One of the fun props you’ll get to see while waiting in line to ride Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye is an old 1937 Mercedes Jeep sitting casually outside. That prop was actually used on set for the film Raiders of the Lost Arc!
9. Red Carpet Entrance
Sadly, it’s not really red carpet, but rather red bricks. Walt Disney wanted you to feel like you were walking on the red carpet when you entered the park, so he had them place red brick down specifically at the entrance!
8. Cast Member Name Tags
Ever notice how every Cast Member name tag only has their first name and where they’re from…? That’s because Walt Disney didn’t really enjoy being called “Mr. Disney”, and had always insisted on being called Walt. So in 1962, he issued name tags with both the first name and home state or country of the Cast Member.
7. Route 55
One of the coolest attractions in Tomorrowland that allows guests to race and drive their own cars, there are many routes as you drive through the course. One Route, titled Route 55, is an homage to the year Disneyland opened, which was in 1955.
6. Swisskapolka
If you know a lot about Disney, you’ll know that a majority of its rides have been remodeled or repurposed as time went on to keep as up to date as possible with the movies they produced. One of the attractions remodeled was the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, which became Tarzan’s Treehouse in 1999. Although gone, this once loved attraction is still around in today. One of the record players hidden away in the treehouse plays the Swisskapolka, which could be heard when the original attraction was debuted in 1962.
5. The Number 77
As you move through the line for Space Mountain, you’ll notice the reoccurring number 77. That’s because it is a reference to when the attraction first opened back in 1977.
4. C-3PO and R2-D2
While you’re waiting for the Star Tours attraction, you’ll see the most beloved characters from the Star Wars franchise sitting in a specific area. What’s cooler than that, those are two actual props from the films, but are now loaded with animatronics to make them move and speak!
3. Dumbo’s Lost Magic Feather
Located in the line queue for Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin, you can find a poster that asking for help to find Dumbo’s “Lost” Magic Feather, a nod to the film.
2. WDI Trees in Toon Town
If you look closely at the trees behind Minnie Mouse’s house in Toon Town, you’ll notice that a few of the trees make out the letters WDI. These letters stand for Walt Disney Imagineering, the creative team behind the creation of the Disney Theme Parks.

Our First 2 Days at Disneyland June 2014
This is a few of the pictures and video from our first 2 days in Disneyland and California Adventure Parks. It includes a couple of pics in the Grand Californian Hotel, too.
Trip Report 03.17.13 pt. 7 Pt. 3/4 | Disneyland | Fresh Baked Disney [HD]
Off to Tomorrowland we go, and it's time for an update on the Starcade. If you're over 40, this place means a lot to you. If not, maybe not so much. The Starcade used to be a hive of activity. The stand up arcade generation from the 80's gave birth to console gaming as we know it. They're still trying to replicate that energy with some titles today. Today's starcade though is more like a tomb, or a mosoleum, rather than tribute. And that's why so many of us are saddened by it's current state.
This video was shot on March 17th, 2013 at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

9 Things to Know Before You Ride Matterhorn Bobsleds | Disneyland Park
~Leap~ along as we ride the Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland Park and highlight 9 things you should know before you ride!
~Hop~ into your bobsled for an exciting trip through the Swiss Alps (0:23). Thrilling drops await you on this ride, and so does the Abominable Snowman! ~Tadpoles~ must be at least 42 inches tall to ride Matterhorn Bobsleds (0:35). Because the ride is so popular, we recommend riding first thing in the morning or at the end of the day (0:48). Each bobsled vehicle has 6 rows and seats 1 person per row (1:00). If you are tall, sit in the middle or back for more legroom. The Matterhorn structure is 147 feet tall, which is 100 times smaller than the real Matterhorn. Have you heard the rumor about the basketball court inside the structure? It’s true! The top of the mountain has a small break room for cast members, complete with a basketball hoop and net (1:31). The Matterhorn Bobsleds opened on June 14, 1959 (1:37), and the attraction was the first tubular coaster in the world. It is still a unique attraction, as no other Disney theme park has it. We think it’s a yodel of fun! ????
Leap’s ~Hopful~ Tips:
~ Ride first thing in the morning, last thing in the evening or with a FASTPASS
~ Use the Single Rider line if your group can split up
~ Sit in the middle or back of the bobsled for more legroom
~ Skip the ride if you have back problems

Anaheim, California - Pearson Park HD (2012)
Anaheim, California - Pearson Park
Pearson Park is located in Downtown Anaheim, and is named after Charles Pearson, who was Mayor of Anaheim during the time Walt Disney opened Disneyland in Anaheim. One of the major attractions located in Pearson Park is the Pearson Park Amphitheater.
It's a Small World - Disneyland - Anaheim, California - Complete Ride
Embark on the happiest cruise that ever sailed through pastel scenes from around the globe. Hear the angelic voices of cherubic dolls singing a timeless ode to global harmony. it's a small world celebrates a simple, but powerful, idea. If we view the world through the wondrous eyes of a child, we'll all realize how much we have in common, and the world will be at peace. Come join the children's hopeful song.
Sit back, relax and enjoy a nearly 15-minute cruise around the Seven Seaways canal surrounded by bright colors, cheerful music, larger-than-life toys and singing dolls dressed in traditional regional costumes.
Designed by legendary Disney artist Mary Blair, the settings are as spectacular and whimsical as the dolls. Their simplicity and inventiveness recall the wide-eyed creations of a child. The sets are designed to resemble a fantasy world lovingly crafted out of construction paper, ribbon, glitter, buttons, fabric and papier-mâché.
Float past scenes representing:
•The Polar Regions
•The British Isles
•Western Europe
•Eastern Europe
•The Middle East
•Asia
•Africa
•South America
•Under the Sea
•The South Pacific
•The United States
The voyage concludes with a grand finale featuring all of the world's children. Now dressed in white, the children sing and play together as one.
From toy soldiers to ballerinas to vaqueros to Chinese acrobats, you see more than 300 animated dolls representing over 100 regions from around the world. Disney Legend Alice Davis painstakingly researched and designed individual costumes for each doll, inspired by the traditional wardrobe of each culture.
The fun begins before you even board your boat for a trip around the world. The kinetic attraction façade, complete with spinning flowers and whirligigs, features icons depicting famous world buildings.
Tick. Tock. The highlight of the façade is the animated 30-foot-tall clock tower. With much commotion and drama, every 15 minutes the clock tower opens up to display a multinational parade of 24 animated figures. Once the procession ends, 2 toy jesters appear to herald the current time.
Written and composed by the Academy Award® winning team of brothers Richard Sherman and Robert Sherman, the song it's a small world has become one of the most well-known tunes of all time. The infectious melody is sung in the native language of the respective dolls and is orchestrated using instruments indigenous to each region — including Scottish bagpipes, Peruvian reed flutes and Tahitian drums.
Walt Disney originally envisioned using the national anthems for each country. He quickly discovered that while the world may one day sing in perfect harmony, our national anthems will always be sung to different tunes. Walt asked the Sherman Brothers to write a single song to avoid a musical cacophony.
Personally supervised by Walt Disney, it's a small world was created for the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair in honor of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
Attracting more than 10 million visitors, it's a small world was such a smash hit that when the World's Fair ended, Walt had it shipped piece-by-piece to Disneyland Park, where it reopened on May 28, 1966. The rededication ceremony featured children from around the world pouring water from their native land into the Seven Seaways.
Some familiar new faces debuted on February 6, 2009 with the addition of dolls representing select Disney and Disney·Pixar characters, along with the colorful new Spirit of America scene.
Due to its immense popularity, it's a small world has been replicated in every Disney Resort around the world.
When the holidays near, it's a small world is transformed into it's a small world Holiday. During this special time of year, the classic it's a small world song is mingled with traditional holiday tunes, regional holiday decorations brighten up the ride, and thousands of festive lights adorn the attraction façade. It's worth a trip to Disneyland Park just to see the dramatic difference!
