1). Visit a Turtle Conservation project.
Some of Sri Lanka's coastline is a popular nesting ground for turtles. This is especially so in the south and south-western coastline. Turtle eggs are unfortunately destroyed by other animals or dug by humans for consumption. Conservation projects along the coast are involved in finding eggs, caring for them till they hatch and then releasing the little ones to the ocean. They also care for injured or distressed adult turtles throughout their lives.
This is generally a genuine exercise but some establishments also run their operations to profit from tourists. So it is best to do your research and visit the right ones.
The cost to see turtles in the conservation pools will cost only a few hundred rupees but the chance to set them free into the ocean will cost you about USD 9.00
2). Surfing in Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is home to some amazing surf beaches for beginners and experts alike. These include

You can rent or purchase snorkelling equipment in and around top beach destinations that are also popular for snorkelling. For those who cannot get in the water, glass-bottomed boats are available.
4). Wreck Diving in Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is on one of the main maritime routes so it is understandable to find hundreds of shipwrecks off the coast. Some of these are easy, closer to the coastline while others are a bit off and challenging. There are numerous companies specialising in Wreck Diving and we collaborate with them to make this possible as part of your tour.
5). Whale and dolphin watching in Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka's coastal waters are some of the richest in nutrients. The sea bed also falls rapidly and stretches out all the way to Antarctica so it's perfect for these gentle giants to swim about and explore. The waters of
Sri Lanka are known to harbour pretty much all types of whales and this has led to a thriving industry that sometimes put the lives of these animals at risk.
This is why we encourage Whale watching by air instead of by boat. Safe and low flying aircraft are capable of bringing you as close to whales as a boat would. But more importantly, you do not disturb them or stress them out.
6). White water rafting
Sri Lanka is a small island filled with opportunities and white water rafting is just one of them.
7). Kite Surfing in Sri Lanka
Few hours north of Colombo is Kalpitiya, the playground for kite surfers and other ocean-based adventure sports.

ROOMS
Night in the cinnamon wood covered hilltop water tower at the center of the property was am amazing experience. Cosy and romantic guest room with uninterrupted lake views, free Wifi, rainfall showers gave us a homie feeling. As an additional room item we were provided with a little touch where we had to walk through dark for the dinner which was scary but enjoyable.
DINNING
The dining at Tri is as organic and seasonal. Guests are treated with preferred taste (traditional Sri Lankan flavors/ tailored six course menu). They bring garden to table through flowery garnishing which was a very unique experience.
BOAT RIDE
Though we had to pay some additional charge, the boat trip to Cinnamon Island and visit to the unique fort at Galle depicted the true beauty of Sri Lanka.
YOGA
The essence of wellbeing is ever present at Tri. Hence there is a dedicated space for you to relax the body and mind with world leading yoga instructors.
SPA & LIBRARY
