CAMPOVERDE REEF BAND AT THE EMERALD ISLE 9th Dec 2015
The band was formed in Campoverde, Spain, when a group of friends interested in sailing discovered that they had all been in various pop and folk groups in the dim and distant past. They dusted off their guitars and keyboards and started practising in November 2011.
Their aim is to perform to a professional standard, but not to become a professional band. Their forte is vocal harmonies, and they sing a few songs acapella. Their gigs support various charities and their community and are always pleased to hear from any local charities that are holding fund-raising concerts and would like their participation.
This particular event raised several hundred euros to support the good work of Help At Home Costa Blanca.
