The Macao Science Center also known as Macau Science Center (MSC; Chinese: 澳門科學館; Portuguese: Centro de Ciência de Macau) is a science center in Sé, Macau, China. The project to build the science center was conceived in 2001 and completed in 2009. The building was designed by Pei Partnership Architects in association with I. M. Pei and construction started in 2006. The structural engineer was Leslie E. Robertson Associates. The center was opened in December 2009 by the Chinese President Hu Jintao.The main building has a distinctive, asymmetrical, conical shape with a spiral walkway and a large atrium inside. Galleries lead off the walkway, mainly consisting of interactive exhibits aimed at science education.
There is also a planetarium with 3D projection facilities and Omnimax films.
The building is in a prominent position by the sea and is now a landmark of Macau. It is visible when arriving on the ferry from Hong Kong.
It caught on fire on 20 November 2015, due to welding occurring on the top level of the building.

Fisher Technical Services, Inc. (FTSI) is a Las Vegas-based entertainment automation company best known for its sophisticated Navigator software and automation products. Their work spans the entertainment world from movie sets to theme parks, theaters to rock tours, and everything in between. FTSI's mechanical design and fabrication services, automation software, and show control system were used extensively for the Macau Bubble Show, as well as in a myriad of the most technologically advanced theaters and attractions in the world.
In 2009, sixteen of the largest private corporations in China decided to finance the Chinese Private Enterprise Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo. They reached out to Fisher Technical Services to create their dream of a kinetic sculpture and 120 days later they had a grid array of 1,008 150mm diameter spheres, each suspended and motivated by its own micro winch.

(澳門電台消息)消防局認為實行5級火警分級制後，在拯救火警時，可節省救援時間，並有效運用人員、車輛和工具等。
本澳現行的火警分級制分5級，1級和2級火警屬於最基本級別火警，1級指火警發生地點為一般建築物，2級是火警發生在人員聚集和特別用途的建築物內，例如學校、酒店和醫院；3至5級的火警則主要由火警現場指揮官因應現場環境、火警地點、火勢規模和資源設備是否足夠而評定。隨著火警等級調升，當局會增加拯救資源和調派更多人手到火警現場，並由不同級別消防官指揮，當出現最高的5級火警時將由局長到場指揮。
本澳自07年試行火警分級制，至2011年正式實行，實施至今，最高的火警級數是3級，共有4次。
