Birthday parties, anniversaries, wedding proposals or a simple tour

Are you looking for a romantic way to ask your girlfriend to become your wife?
It would be really great to do it on board a luxury motorboat on Lake Como.
You could do it while sipping an excellent champagne and perhaps accompanied by the sound of a violin, a guitar or an accordion, to make that moment truly unforgettable.
If you have decided to spend part of your holidays on Lake Como, the best thing is certainly
to admire the beauties of the place using a beautiful Venetian taxi driven by a captain who would fill your tour with an exhaustive explanation of everything you will see.
If, instead, you prefer to have very detailed information about places, buildings, history and customs, you can have with you, on board, a local guide that will show you every single corner of the area and everything you would love to discover.
Would you like to celebrate a birthday party for your daughter, your wife, your husband,
your dear friend or your mother?
Surprise everyone by organizing your special event sailing on Lake Como!
We can organize an aperitif with champagne and snacks, good music and maybe a guide that illustrates the wonders of the place, thus making your party, even a moment of culture.
Contact us now for free, we’ll take care of everything!

LAKE GARDA - LAKE LEDRO
LAKE LEDRO
MY JOURNEY BEGINS AT THE VARONE WATERFALLS. I AM IN TENNO, NEXT TO RIVA DEL GARDA. TOGETHER WE WILL DISCOVER THIS WONDER OF NATURE! THEN WE'LL MOVE SOUTH, TOWARDS THE WESTERN SHORE OF LAKE GARDA AND BEGIN A NEW ADVENTURE TOGETHER! WE WILL TRAVERSE THE PONALE TRAIL WITH AMAZING VIEWS ON THE ENTIRE LAKE GARDA BASIN UP TO THE VALLEY OF LEDRO, WITH ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL LAKE AND MANY MORE INTERESTING THINGS TO SEE.
THE VARONE WATERFALLS
MANY POPULAR PEOPLE CAME HERE TO ADMIRE THE VARONE WATERFALLS ACROSS THE YEARS: THE PRINCE UMBERTO II, GABRIELE D'ANNUNZIO, THE EMPEROR FRANZ JOSEPH, FRANZ KAFKA, THOMAS MANN AND MANY OTHERS.
THE WATERFALLS CAN BE SEEN FROM TWO DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW, TWO CAVES, A LOWER AND A HIGHER CAVE, CONNECTED BY A STAIRWAY OF 115 STEPS THAT CLIMBS THE SLOPE OF THE MOUNTAIN, WHERE FEW YEARS AGO WAS REALIZED AN INTERESTING BOTANICAL GARDEN! ALL THIS AREA IS A PRECIOUS ECOLOGICAL NEST FOR MEDITERRANEAN AND HIGH-MOUNTAIN VEGETATION THAT CAN THRIVE THANKS TO THE FAVOURABLE CLIMATE, SO HERE YOU CAN SEE PALM TREES, CYPRESSES, OLEANDRES, OLIVE TREES, OAKS, BAY TREES, LOQUATS, PINES AND LARCHES GROWING ONE NEXT TO EACH OTHERS.
THE LOWER CAVE:
THE LOWER CAVE PENETRATES THE BOWELS OF THE MOUNTAIN FOR MANY FEET, AND A GANGWAY LEADS YOU TO THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE ROCKY SIDE OF THE CAVE, RUNNING OVER THE STREAM THAT GURGLES UNDER YOUR FEET. THIS IS ACTUALLY A HIGH AND NARROW GORGE, THAT IS A DEEP RAVINE DUG INTO THE MOUNTAIN BY THE IMPETUOUS WATER THAT HAVE BEEN ERODING THE ROCK FOR MORE THAN 20,000 YEARS!
THE UPPER CAVE:
THE UPPER CAVE EQUALS THE LOWER ONE IN BEAUTY, BUT EXCEEDS IN HUMIDITY. GETTING IN YOU HAVE THE SENSATION IT'S RAINING, BUT IMMEDIATELY THE SENSATION TURNS INTO A CERTAINTY: SO, PREPARE YOURSELF TO A COLOSSAL HOSING! BUT THE VIEW OF THE WATER FALLING DOWN FOR 300 FEET INTO THE HEART OF THE MOUNTAIN SPLASHING AND RESOUNDING IS SOMETHING TRULY AMAZING!
THE PONALE TRAIL
THE PONALE TRAIL OFFERS A SPECTACULAR VIEW ON LAKE GARDA. THE FORMER ROAD WAS BUILT INSIDE THE MOUNTAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 19TH CENTURY , AND IT'S BEEN OPENED UNTIL 1995, WHEN A LONG AND MORE CONVENIENT TUNNEL WAS OPENED TO REACH LIMONE SUL GARDA. IN 2004 THE PONALE ROAD HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO A PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLING PATH, NOWADAYS ONE OF THE BEST ATTRACTIONS ON LAKE GARDA, COVERED BY HUNDREDS OF HIKERS AND BIKE RIDERS EVERY DAY.
FOR ITS ENVIRONMENTAL AND HISTORICAL CHARACTERISTICS IT IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND KNOWN TRAILS IN EUROPE, THAT CLIMBS THE SLOPE OF THE MOUNTAIN FOR ABOUT 2 MILES OVERHANGING LAKE GARDA, BEFORE IT DIVERTS TOWARDS THE LEDRO VALLEY. AN EASY WAY TO ENJOY UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS ON THE ENTIRE LAKE! FROM THE SHORES OF TRENTINO UP TO THE SOUTHERN BASIN OF LAKE GARDA. AND YOU CAN ALSO SEE THE TOURISTS DOWN THERE ENJOYING THE LAKE AND THE LANDSCAPE FROM A FRESHER AND LIGHTER, BUT EQUALLY BEAUTIFUL, POINT OF VIEW!
(italian only)
LAKE LEDRO
LAKE LEDRO IS A SMALL LAKE LOCATED AT ABOUT 2000 FEET ABOVE SEA LEVEL, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CLEANEST LAKES IN TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE. THANKS TO ITS CLEAR WATER MANY TOURISTS AND RESIDENTS SPEND THEIR SUMMER HOLIDAY ON ITS SHORES, LOOKING FOR FUN AND RELAXATION ON ONE OF ITS FOUR BEACHES. THE LAKEFRONT PROMENADE IS PERFECT FOR A STROLL OR A BIKE RIDE, AND YOU CAN ALSO PRACTICE MANY SPORTS LIKE WINDSURFING, SAILING, KAYAKING AND MANY OTHER SPORTS!
THE PILE-DWELLING MUSEUM OF LAKE LEDRO:
WHAT AT FIRST GLANCE SEEMS JUST A BUNCH OF TRUNKS AND BRANCHES EMERGING FROM THE SURFACE OF THE LAKE, THEY ARE ACTUALLY THE REMAINS OF A 4.000 YEARS OLD PILE-DWELLING SETTLEMENT, MORE THAN 10.000 POLES TESTIFYING THE PRESENCE OF ONE OF THE LARGEST PREHISTORIC SITES EVER DISCOVERED IN ITALY, FOR ITS SIZE, DIVERSITY OF EVIDENCES AND GOOD PRESERVATION, THE MOST IMPORTANT IN EUROPE!
THE SITE WAS DISCOVERED IN 1929 DURING THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE RIVA DEL GARDA HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT. ON THE ORIGINAL REMAINS, AND THANKS TO PERFECT RECREATIONS, IN THE 70'S WAS OPENED THE PILE-DWELLING MUSEUM OF LAKE LEDRO.
THE PURPOSE OF THE MUSEUM IS TO GIVE A DETAILED IDEA OF LIFE DURING THE BRONZE AGE ON LAKE LEDRO. FOUR FURNISHED SHEDS WERE RECREATED, AND IN THE EXHIBIT OF THE MUSEUM YOU CAN ADMIRE LOTS OF FINDS SUCH AS YARNS, FISHING NETS, TEXTILES, A 3,500 YEARS OLD CANOE BUILT OUT OF A 20 FEET LONG TRUNCH, JEWELLERY, HATCHETS AND MANY OTHER FINDS FROM THE BRONZE AGE.
THE MUSEUM IS PART OF THE UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SINCE 2011. IT SUCCESSFULLY EXPLAINS THE DAILY LIFE OF THE LOCALS AND SHOW US THE ASPECTS THAT STILL CONNECT US TO THEM AFTER 4,000 YEARS!

Daredevil Rides a Motorbike Across Italy's Third Largest Lake
This is the mind-bending moment a daredevil rides his motorbike across the third largest lake in Italy.
Luca Colombo, a biker from Milan, set a world record for the longest distance ever travelled by motorbike on fresh water on July 31, 2017.
To achieve the remarkable stunt, Luca rode from all the way from the town of Gravedona to Colico on the other side of the famous Lake Como - a distance of around 5km.
Armed only with an inflatable bracelet, capable of expanding like a life-jacket, the Italian rode at breakneck pace at the water and hydroplaned his way across in just five minutes.
Luca's bike, a Suzuki RMZ 450, was specially adapted by Vercar Moto to be able to deal with the pressures of hydroplaning and make it less likely to sink.
It was equipped with nautical skates and with special rubber blades that provided the hydrodynamic thrust and gave it buoyancy.
After the modifications, all Luca had to do to achieve the amount of lift required to skim across the surface of the water, was maintain a terrifying speed of 40 knots, or 75km/h.
Luca had been forced to postpone the attempt after adverse weather conditions prevented him from trying a month earlier, in June last year.
The nerve-shredding footage, shot by support boats travelling close behind the biker, show him racing along the lake's surface.
He can be seen opening the throttle from the beginning to end of the run while being slapped around by surface waves.
Despite the turbulence, Luca manages to retain his composure and fires his motorcycle through the finish posts on the other side of the lake.

ITALY - WikiVidi Documentary
Italy , officially the Italian Republic , is a unitary parliamentary republic in Europe. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, Italy shares open land borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, San Marino and Vatican City. Italy covers an area of 301338 km2 and has a largely temperate seasonal and Mediterranean climate. Due to its shape, it is often referred to in Italy as lo Stivale . With around 61 million inhabitants it is the fourth most populous EU member state. Since classical times, ancient Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Greeks established settlements in the south of Italy, with Etruscans and Celts inhabiting the centre and the north of Italy respectively and various different ancient Italian tribes and Italic peoples dispersed throughout the Italian Peninsula and insular Italy. The Italic tribe known as the Latins formed the Roman Kingdom, which eventually became a republic that conquered and assimilated other nearby civilisations. Ultimately the Roman Empire...

VADO A VIVERE IN MONTAGNA: QUOTA 1116 storia 4
Sara Vindrola

sea kayaks on a calm ocean, - NSW Australia with phantom 4 drone
Sea kayaks on a calm ocean. Some great DJI Phantom 4 video of sea kayaks on a very calm pacific Ocean, NSW Australia. Also practiced some controlled maneuvering with my drone at Wimbie beach, Batemans Bay (The Bay). Ocean is amazing and as clear as crystal.
Wimbie Beach Park, or reserve, is very private. There are no facilities at this park, however, you can walk around to Surf Beach where there are toilets, a take away food shop and a shopping centre. It is about a 10 minute walk and you can see Surf Beach from Wimbie Beach.
The thing about Wimbie Beach Park is it is 'quietly-private', with trees for shade and grassed areas for a picnic lunch, or just relax and take in the view. The beach backs onto Wimbie Beach Park.
Wimbie Beach is at the southern end of a 1km wide east facing bay and is a popular starting point for a round trip paddle to Batemans Bay's Tollgate Islands. The beach itself faces northeast and is sheltered from southerly swells by a rocky headland at the southern end. There is direct access to the beach from a small carpark at the end of Wimbie Street. A larger carpark at the end of Newth Place provides access to the beach across a grassy reserve.
Surf Beach is the closest beach to the town of Batemans Bay that as the name suggests, has surf. The waves at this small beach are best suited for kids and absolute beginners wanting to practise catching whitewater waves close to shore, because even on small wave days, fast breaking, dumping close outs here are the norm.
Wave Type
The broad flat sandbar makes this a good spot for those practising in the whitewater with the southern corner of the beach often having the smallest and softest waves. Catching green waves is best attempted during high tides. Watch out for the rocks in the middle of the beach and in each corner.
Less steep waves and better wave shape can be found at Rosedale Beach at times and better still, at Broulee Beaches further south. If the waves are too big here from a north swell, Barlings Beach at Tomakin will have the smallest waves and the north corner of the more challenging South Broulee Beach can also be an option - both of these beaches offer good shelter from strong north winds. If the waves are too big or too dumpy from a south swell, check out the southern end of Broulee Beach for easier surfing conditions.
Good Wind Direction
Best on South West to North West winds.
Good Swell Direction For Fun Beginner Waves
Small North to East to South swells.

SUMMARY
=======
Italy (Italian: Italia [iˈtaːlja] (listen)), officially the Italian Republic (Italian: Repubblica Italiana [reˈpubblika itaˈljaːna]), is a country in Europe. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, Italy shares open land borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, San Marino, and Vatican City. Italy covers an area of 301,340 km2 (116,350 sq mi) and has a largely temperate seasonal and Mediterranean climate. With around 61 million inhabitants, it is the fourth-most populous EU member state and the most populous country in southern Europe.
Due to its central geographic location in Europe and the Mediterranean, Italy has historically been home to a myriad of peoples and cultures. In addition to the various ancient Italian tribes and Italic peoples dispersed throughout the Italian Peninsula and insular Italy, beginning from the classical era, Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Greeks established settlements in the south of Italy, with Etruscans and Celts inhabiting the centre and the north of Italy respectively. The Italic tribe known as the Latins formed the Roman Kingdom in the 8th century BC, which eventually became a republic that conquered and assimilated its neighbours. In the first century BC, the Roman Empire emerged as the dominant power in the Mediterranean Basin and became the leading cultural, political and religious centre of Western civilisation. The legacy of the Roman Empire is widespread and can be observed in the global distribution of civilian law, republican governments, Christianity and the Latin script.
During the Early Middle Ages, Italy endured sociopolitical collapse and barbarian invasions, but by the 11th century, numerous rival city-states and maritime republics, mainly in the northern and central regions of Italy, rose to great prosperity through shipping, commerce and banking, laying the groundwork for modern capitalism. These mostly independent statelets served as Europe's main trading hubs with Asia and the Near East, often enjoying a greater degree of democracy than the larger feudal monarchies that were consolidating throughout Europe; however, part of central Italy was under the control of the theocratic Papal States, while Southern Italy remained largely feudal until the 19th century, partially as a result of a succession of Byzantine, Arab, Norman, Angevin and Spanish conquests of the region. The Renaissance began in Italy and spread to the rest of Europe, bringing a renewed interest in humanism, science, exploration and art. Italian culture flourished, producing famous scholars, artists and polymaths such as Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Galileo and Machiavelli. During the Middle Ages, Italian explorers such as Marco Polo, Christopher Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci, John Cabot and Giovanni da Verrazzano discovered new routes to the Far East and the New World, helping to usher in the European Age of Discovery. Nevertheless, Italy's commercial and political power significantly waned with the opening of trade routes that bypassed the Mediterranean. Centuries of infighting between the Italian city-states, such the Italian Wars of the 15th and 16th centuries, left the region fragmented, and it was subsequently conquered by European powers such as France, Spain and Austria.
By the mid-19th century, rising Italian nationalism and calls for independence from foreign control led to a period of revolutionary political upheaval. After centuries of foreign domination and political division, Italy was almost entirely unified in 1871, establishing the Kingdom of Italy as a great power. From the late 19th century to the early 20th century, Italy rapidly industrialised, namely in the north, and acquired a colonial empire, while the south remained largely impoverished and excluded from industrialisation, fuelling a large and influential diaspora. Despite being one of the main victors in World War I, Italy entered a period of economic ...
