HQ Tiger II with Cutaway Hull and Turret Walkaround
The Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B Tiger, also commonly refered to as the Köningstiger, King Tiger, Royal Tiger or Tiger II tank first saw production in the latter part of 1943, with the first prototypes. Many modifications were made to it throughout its production until the end of 1945. The tank seen here is fitted with a Krupp turret designated popularly as the “Henschel” version, with a slightly sloped flat shape at the front. The previous curved version was changed to prevent a shot-trap scenario and is designated as the “Porsche” version but also was manufactured by Krupp. In total, 492 “Tiger II” were produced. This vehicle was captured intact, abandoned by its crew, and brought back to the United States for study by the US Army, where the cut-aways were made on its turret and hull.
The Tiger II weighs in at a hefty 69.8 tonnes and is armed with a formidable 88 mm (3.46 in) KwK43 L/71, with up to 86 rounds carried, and two or three 7.92 mm (3 in) MG 34 machine guns. Its armor ranged from 25mm to 180mm (1-7 in). It was manned by a crew of five and was powered by a V12 Maybach HL230 P30 690hp petrol engine, which could bring it to a designed maxiumum road speed of 41.5km/h (25.8mph). Typically, however, in cross country conditions, it could be expected to move at 15-20 km/h (12.4mph). It had an operational range of 170 km (110 miles).
This vehicle bears the hull number 280243 and the tactical number 332. It belonged to the Schwere SS Panzerabteilung 501 (Heavy SS Tank Unit 501) which was part of the infamous Kampfgruppe Peiper, and resides now at the National Armor and Cavalry Museum at Ft. Benning in Georgia, USA.

Auburn Hail Mary Miracle TD Catch vs Georgia
Auburn Hail Mary game winning touchdown pass on 4th down vs Georgia
Ricardo Louis scored on a deflected 73-yard pass on fourth and 18 with 25 seconds left to lift No. 7 Auburn to a stunning 43-38 victory over No. 25 Georgia on Saturday night.
The Tigers (10-1, 6-1 Southeastern Conference) had blown a 27-7 lead but pulled out one more huge play to continue the biggest turnaround in major college football. From 3-9 last year, they can win the SEC West with a victory in two weeks against No. 1 Alabama.
Auburn's Nick Marshall heaved the ball downfield with two defenders around Louis. It bounced off safety Josh Harvey-Clemons and Louis reached out his left hand to corral it.
Aaron Murray, who had engineered the comeback with three fourth-quarter touchdowns, could only stare helplessly from the bench. A win could have kept the Bulldogs alive in the SEC East.
Murray led Georgia (6-4, 4-3) all the way to Auburn's 20 but his final two passes fell incomplete as time ran out. Dee Ford hit him on the last pass as Murray ran toward the line before trying to throw.
Some Auburn players climbed into the stands to celebrate with students, and most fans stayed put to celebrate the victory.
It only came after Murray gave the Tigers a big scare. He had plowed into Ryan Smith at the goal line for a 5-yard touchdown with 1:49 left.
Auburn challenged the final TD, but replay officials upheld the call on the field.
Trump awards Tiger Woods highest civilian award
(6 May 2019) President Donald Trump has awarded golfer Tiger Woods the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor.
Trump described Woods on Monday as a true legend, an extraordinary athlete who has transformed golf and achieved new levels of dominance.
Trump described the litany of victories that Woods has obtained during his remarkable career and the injuries that almost derailed it.
Woods, 43, won his fifth Masters title last month, overcoming personal and professional adversity to once more claim the green jacket.
Woods became emotional as he spoke of his parents and thanked those who have supported him over the years, saying, You've seen the good and bad, the highs and lows, and I would not be in this position without all of your help..
Woods is the fourth professional golfer to receive the award. President George W. Bush presented the Medal of Freedom to Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.
Obama presented it to Charlie Sifford, sometimes referred to as the Jackie Robinson of golf.
The Medal of Freedom is given to individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors, according to the White House.
Presidents have complete discretion over whom they honor with the medal.

Take a look at this WWII Tiger tank, under decade-long restoration in Switzerland
The restoration work on one of the biggest Second World War-era German tanks, the Tiger II, was shown to the media in a fortress museum Full-Reuenthal on Saturday. The restoration process has taken ten years, and is still not completed.
The museum keeps the 'King Tiger' tank on permanent loan from the Swiss army.
Restoration worker Bernd Kubiak stated that the restoration was originally planned to be completed in five years. However, due to the sheer scale of the project, the restoration workers quickly realised it would take much longer.
We quickly deviated from that course and then said that it would take 10 years. But these ten years have lapsed and, as you can see, there is still a lot of work to do, Kubiak explained.

Sneaky Ways Movie Theaters Get You To Spend More Money
Between ticket prices and concessions, movie theaters are expensive. But movie theater chains like AMC and Regal only keep around 50% of the revenue from ticket sales each year. But theaters are able to keep over 80% of concessions revenue as profit. So most theaters are designed to get you to spend money on food. And it works, AMC reports that more than 71% of attendees spend money on concessions.

STORYLINE
TIGER BACK ON THE COURSE
US golfer Tiger Woods on Monday (5APRIL 2010) played his first practice round in the Masters golf tournament, at the Augusta Golf Club in the US state of Georgia.
Woods, who was returning to golf for the first time since damaging revelations about his private life, walked onto the first tee to awkward silence from about 500 golf fans, who gradually warmed to him as he began his practice round with fellow golfer Fred Couples.
Woods turned to acknowledge the fans with a nod and a smile - something he rarely did before revelations about his marital infidelity made him the source of so much unwelcome media attention.
It was his first time playing in public since November 15 at the Australian Masters and its soldout crowd in Melbourne, when Woods came from behind on the final day to win for the 82nd time in his career.
Woods teed off at about 8 a.m. (1200 GMT) on Monday, just as the gates to Augusta National golf club opened.
The crowd increased with every hole, and it included some familiar faces - Masters chairman Billy Payne was among those watching.
Woods hooked his opening tee shot towards the ninth fairway and hit another.
He walked briskly, chatting with Couples as fans lining the fairways took photos.
Woods played the back nine on Sunday afternoon with Mark O''Meara when the course was closed.
Woods was to hold a news conference following the practice round - his first since the public learned of his extramarital affairs.
His news conference has generated so much interest that Augusta National golf club has asked media outlets for only one reporter to make sure every organization has a chance to fill the 207 seats in the press centre.
Ever since he ran over a fire hydrant and into a tree in the early hours of November 27 - that infamous car accident that sparked incredible revelations about his extramarital affairs - Woods has kept public comments to a minimum.
He issued two statements on his website about his infidelity. He announced he was returning to golf. And he gave a pair of five-minute interviews to US television.
It was Augusta National that requested Woods speak on a Monday afternoon to avoid stealing the show from so many other Masters contenders who are to have press conferences on Tuesday.
