Kyoto Temples & Best Tonkatsu in Japan! Japan Summer 2017
Hi everyone! We made it to Kyoto! This is our first day in Kyoto, and we spend the morning in a museum before heading to my favourite restaurant in Kyoto for Tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet, don't worry if you don't like pork, they do chicken too!). We then head over to see the Silver Pavilion, The Philosopher's Path and the temples at Nanzenji. Thanks for watching!

JAPAN EXCHANGE | Taking a trip to Kyoto
I got the chance to go to Kyoto! It was really amazing, although it is a big city and a very touristy area, I still got to see the more traditional side of Japan. I was on the shinkansen (or bullet train) for about 2 hours, and then all of a sudden I was lost with my host sister and we had to catch 100 buses to get to all the destinations we wanted to go. I saw temples, ate at yojiya café, tried new food, met a lovely old lady who complimented my Japanese on the bus, and wore a kimono for the first time.
I had a lot of fun in Kyoto so I hope you enjoy watching some of the experiences that I filmed.
thank you for watching, more videos to come

MUST-VISIT DESTINATIONS IN JAPAN | Cherry Blossom Season 2019 | Travel Diary
In this year cherry blossom season, I went to Japan for the very first time. I was immediately drawn to its culture, environment and obviously its people nevertheless. It is one of the most friendliest, indulgent, futuristic countries i've ever visited in my life. A place where the people are genuinely polite, courteous, well-bred and not to mention empathetic. Which makes Japan nothing but home for tourists from different nations. Also being a long time fan of Japanese food like ramen, I was so engulfed by the authenticity of its qualities this country has to offer. The intense flavour of its broth, firmness of its noodle is something you would never get rid of from your head once you take a slurp. Everything this country possessed never fail to impress me. You should definetely enlist Japan in your bucket list!
Touristic spots captured in the video:
-Asahiyama Zoo, Asahikawa, Hokkaido
-Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kyoto
-Hokanji Temple, Kyoto
-Ninenzaka, Kyoto
-Kiyomizu-Dera Temple, Kyoto
-Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Kyoto
-Togetsukyo Bridge, Kyoto
-Sagano Romantic Train, Kyoto
-Naritaya Halal Ramen, Kyoto
-Tofukuji Temple, Kyoto
-Universal Studios Japan, Osaka
-Shibuya Crossing Intersection, Tokyo
-Harajuku shopping street, Tokyo
-Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo
-Liberty Statue Replica, Odaiba
-Gundam Robot, Odaiba
-Imperial Palace, Tokyo
-Shinjuku Gyoen, Tokyo
-Sensoji Temple Asakusa, Tokyo
Actually there are a lot more touristic spots i visited during my time in Japan. But due to limited duration of the video, I should make some selections so it can fit in. Enjoy! Thank you for watching.

KYOTO, Japan Travel Vlog • [May 2017 - week 3]
Our last week in Japan, started off really gloomy and rainy. Luckily the weather was changing halfway through and the sun was peeking here and there.
It was really fun to explore even more of Kyoto. I seriously love Japanese gardens and architecture. However, we haven’t visited as much as week 1 and that is because we had to buy souvenirs for friends and family the last two days and start packing.
Also, my obsession with corgi’s is huge. When I saw two corgi’s in one week I just had to hold my burst of joy, otherwise people will think I’m crazy. But yes, it made me so happy to give these dogs hugs.
We have visited:
- Kinkaku-ji (gouden temple)
- Heian Shrine
- Ginkaku-ji
- Kamo river
- Daimonji Mountain
- kyoto imperial palace
- Flea Market

Tokyo and Kyoto trip 6/2016
This video is about exploring Tokyo and Kyoto. We did quite a lot of walking and visited lots of places, mostly in Tokyo.
The experience in the Tokyo subway was fun. It was a very big subway network that was more complicated than any other subway system in US. Tokyo subway is on time, orderly, clean, and not noisy.
Tsukiji is the biggest fish market in the world. There were a lot of fresh fish and interesting activities to see.
Hamarikyu, a beautiful garden in the center of Tokyo, belonged to shoguns and later to the Imperial Family. There, you can visit a tea house where you can participate in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
The electrical railway to Odaiba city was a great way to see Tokyo and Odaiba if you don’t have much time. Odaiba is a man-made island with futuristic looking buildings.
Ginza is a high class shopping area. We didn't have much footage at this location.
Asakusa is where Tokyo’s oldest temple located - Senso-ji temple.
Sumida River is a the river that flows through Tokyo, Japan.
Shibuya, the craziest crossing street in Tokyo.
Meiji Shrine, a beautiful and peaceful Shrine.
Shake Shack, an American fast food chain that had a location in Tokyo. Good burgers there!
Shinjuku is an interesting neighborhood. Check out the basement floor of Takashimaya department store.
Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden was a very nice garden. Check out the Japanese Traditional Garden there.
Kyoto – beautiful Kyoto in the afternoon.
Travel to Kyoto from Tokyo by bullet train.
Visit Sanjusangen-do-Hall (no camera allowed) , it has beautiful structures and impressed people. Its 1000 life-sized Buddhist statues that dated to the 12th and 13th centuries.
Heian Shrine, a more than 1100 years old shrine.
Kiyomizu-dera Temple, another old temple in Kyoto, located on the hill top. This temple has an amazing construction which doesn’t use any nails.
Beautiful view of Kyoto from the top of this temple.
