I'm Radu Restivan (321sport) and I invite you to learn about sports, culture and history in Discover the World through its Marathons, the most complete running documentary.
In this episode you'll get to find out everything about the Tokyo Marathon, the biggest marathon in Asia. The race takes places in the last weekend of February. At the 2017 edition, more than 30.000 runners started the race and enjoyed the beautiful track in Tokyo.
Sit back and relax and we'll do the storytelling: this documentary takes you to the history of Japan, the cultural heritage and the local cuisine. Find which is the place where over 3 million people come after the new year for the 1st prayers of the year, how you can get sushi on a moving table and much more!
