The beauty of the game is that you are actually physically inside the story. You and your fellow players are heroes who must escape from a place filled with challenging puzzles and obstacles.
In Tokyo, We have REAL ESCAPE ROOM ASAKUSA for non-japanese speaking people. If you are in Asakusa for the day, why not stop by REAL ESCAPE ROOM for an hour of fun and games, Japanese Escape Room style? REAL ESCAPE ROOM ASAKUSA is just a 4-minute walk from Asakusa Station.

“Escape from The RED ROOM”
You find yourself locked in a room. There are no puzzles or codes around you - only red walls, mysterious props and two locked doors.
“Escape from the Haunted Manor”
Along that street is a house. A house rumored to be haunted.
Once you enter, you'll never come out again, they say.
And to further heighten fears, are a series of missing-person cases along that very same street.
You're the investigator for this series of cases.
You have to sneak into the haunted house - the suspected kidnapper's hideout - while he's away to seek the truth behind these missing-person cases.

Q: Is there English support?
A: Yes! Though some of the puzzle hints could use better translating, all of the game's codec conversations and paper instructions are available in English and the staff speaks fluent English as well.
Q: How much money should I expect to spend?
A: Between 3800 and 12000 yen ($38-$109,) depending on your group size, how much time you take and how many times you get shot by the guard actors. Make it affordable by splitting up the costs for each group member. I recommend a group of 2.
Q: Is this event still going on?
A: Yes! This event is scheduled until March 31st, and the tradition of these game-themed pop-up businesses typically have them returning in following years depending on popularity

Back to some more arcade action from Japan. We went to Taito Station Game Center in Shinjuku Tokyo, Japan. There are many Taito game centers throughout Tokyo but this was our first time visiting one. We played a few different claw machine in hopes of winning some prizes and we managed to pull through with some wins! Let us know which is your favorite.
