Cherry blossom Japan花見 - Beautiful Sakura at Nakameguro, Tokyo
????????
I had an amazing run among the sakura (cherry blossom) trees at Nakameguro, Tokyo. The Japanese call looking at the sakura 花見 or 'hanami'. Since I like running, I decided to combine both and make it into a 'Runami'. hehe.

Cherry blossom flowers reach full bloom in Tokyo
(27 Mar 2019) Cherry blossom flowers have reached full bloom in Tokyo, Japan's weather agency announced Wednesday.
The blooming of the pink and white flowers signals the arrival of Spring in Japan, drawing thousands of onlookers to enjoy the dainty flowers.
At the Chidorigafuchi, one of the famous cherry blossom viewing points in Tokyo by the Imperial Palace, people were seen strolling under the trees and taking photos.
Agustina Pagliaricci, a 27-year-old tourist from Argentina, said this was her first time visiting Japan and she could not stop taking photos.
Her travelling companion Gonzalo Gimea joked about taking two million pictures of Japan's national flower.
Haruo Nomoto, a 68-year-old local who comes to see the cherry blossoms every year, said the flowers were less pink this season.
Tokyo's cherry blossom flowers started blooming last week and are expected to continue to bloom through the weekend.

At present, the company produces boiled fish paste called bamboo leaf kamaboko in third generation under the leadership of Kouzou Hashinuma. All belongings were damaged by the tsunami -- the plant and all machines being set under seawater, and the home built next to the factory was flooded up to the 2nd floor. All production lines and machinery are useless due to the salt water.
Before the earthquake, Kaneko sold their bamboo leaved minced fish products directly to Daiei Himonya, a supermarket shopping center in Tokyo- Meguro, was well known to especially Tokyo customers.

The Disturbing Reality of Perfect Blue | Monsters of the Week
#PerfectBlue #MonstersOfTheWeek
Satoshi Kon’s 1997 psychological horror movie Perfect Blue is a masterpiece -- and its strange horror has become something that nobody could have forseen 20 years ago.
This is a deep-dive into Satoshi Kon’s dark mirror on Japanese idol culture and the role of the Otaku -- and how it evolved from an extreme social outlier into a cultivable brand identity for the masses.

Persona 5 Blind PS4 Pro Stream Playthrough with Chaos part 81: Sun Confidant
I like Yoshida, cool dude.
My Twitch channel to watch live:
Persona 5 is a role-playing video game developed by Atlus for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. Persona 5 is chronologically the sixth installment in the Persona series, which is part of the larger Megami Tensei franchise. It was released in Japan in September 2016, and worldwide in April 2017, where it was published by Atlus in Japan and North America and by Deep Silver in Europe and Australia.
Persona 5 takes place in modern-day Tokyo, and follows a player-named protagonist after his transfer to the fictional Shujin Academy after being put on probation for an assault of which he was falsely accused. During the course of a school year, he and other students awaken to their Persona powers, becoming a group of secret vigilantes known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts who explore the Metaverse, a supernatural realm consisting of the physical manifestation of humanity's subconscious desires, to change malevolent intent from the hearts of adults. As with previous titles in the series, the party does battle with enemies known as Shadows using physical manifestations of their psyche, called Personas. The game incorporates role-playing and dungeon crawling elements alongside social simulation scenarios.
Preparatory work began around the same time as the development of Persona 4, with full development beginning after the release of Catherine in 2011. The game was developed by P-Studio, an internal development studio within Atlus led by game director and producer Katsura Hashino. Along with Hashino, returning staff from earlier entries included character designer Shigenori Soejima and composer Shoji Meguro. The game's themes revolved around attaining freedom from the limitations of modern society, while its story was strongly inspired by picaresque fiction and the party's initial Personas were based around the theme of outlaws and rebels.
First announced in 2013, the game was delayed from its original late 2014 release date so its quality could be further improved. Persona 5 was met with critical acclaim, being nominated for and winning multiple year-end accolades, including several Game of the Year awards. It has since been considered to be one of the greatest role-playing games of all time. The game went on to ship over two million copies worldwide by the end of 2017, making it the best-selling entry in the overall Megami Tensei franchise. An anime adaptation, a manga, and a spin-off rhythm game have also been produced.
