Tokyo Union Church is a recipient of charity donations from the ACCJ Mike Makino Fund for the Homeless. The ACCJ Mike Makino Fund for the Homeless and the ACCJ Community Service Fund support various charities with monies collected at the annual ACCJ Charity Ball. In this video, ACCJ President Emeritus Tom Whitson interviews Paul Fukuda, coordinator of the TUC Mission for our Homeless Neighbors, on the history and current status of TUC's riceball program.

????????????Walking around and viewing at Shibuya Scramble Square (渋谷スクランブルスクエア) in Tokyo (東京), Shibuya City (渋谷区), Japan (日本) at night. I was walking around and viewing the new building called Shibuya Scramble Square. Shibuya Scramble Square is a new Tokyo landmark. It’s just opened on November 1st in 2019. It’s located right above JR Shibuya Station (渋谷駅). It’s a high rise building comprising shopping, dining, entertainment facilities, offices and more. It’s the Skyscraper which has a 47th floor and 230 meters in height.

A major highlight of this awesome Skyscraper is SHIBUYA SKY (渋谷スカイ). Shibuya Sky definitely provides the best view in Tokyo. Shibuya Sky is the observation deck at the rooftop of Shibuya Scramble Square.

Taru Mikoshi 2013: (Clip No. 8) Mikoshi Installation & Assembly @ Union Bank In Japantown
Clip No. 8: This video will serve as an instructional guide for new and future members of Taru Mikoshi Ren. After installation, assembly, tie-down, finishing and trimming out the Mikoshi, veteran members set up offerings and bottles of sake/shochu and share a dedication ceremony with the staff and officers of Union Bank. Mikoshi will be on display at Union Bank in Japantown for one week (from Saturday, April 13th until Saturday, April 20th) so the general public can enjoy and pray and make a monetary offering before the official dedication of Mikoshi and the Shrine Purification on Saturday morning, April 20th.

UIA Design 2050 Tokyo
The next World Congress of the International Union of Architects will be held in Tokyo,
Japan from 25 to 29 September 2011. The UIA General Assembly will take place from
29 September until 1st October 2011.
Design 2050 is the theme of the congress, which is divided into three sub themes:
environment, cultural exchanges, and life. The architects of the world are welcome to
share their architectural visions for the second half of the century.
The congress site now presents a monthly newsletter as a video on UTube. The first
edition introduces the Tokyo International Forum, a flagship building, which will host the
Congress. An international competition for the design of the Forum was organised in
1989 with the UIA. Rafael Viñoly won the competition and realised the building,
completed in 1996.
