Toorongo Waterfalls / Amphitheatre Falls Visual Tour (Noojee, Victoria, Australia)
We were pleasantly surprised by this reserve, exceeding our expectations and the falls were bigger than what they looked like in any picture/video we watched when researching.
Toorongo Falls Reserve has two main Waterfalls, Toorongo Falls & Amphitheatre Falls and is located approx. 100KM’s (60 Miles) from Melbourne close to the small town of Noojee in West Gippsland.
There is a 2.2km loop walk that takes you up to the Toorongo Falls and Amphitheatre Falls.
2 great camping spots which were very busy when we visited.

AUSTRALIA [VLOG#3] | A day trip to Toorongo & Amphitheatre Falls | Noojee
Last Sunday, We and our group of friends took a road trip from Melbourne to Noojee encompassing the Toorongo Falls Reserve circuit walk which was a day well spent. While Toorongo Falls is the more spectacular of the two, the other fall in the walk is also quite unique and will impress. During Spring and Summer , this place will definitely be packed, and if you want to camp there over night, the campsite nearby is sonice and clean but it will be first come first serve so prepare yourself to come early especially during weekend or school break.

Just a short drive out of Noojee lays the Toorongo Falls where you will find two stunning waterfalls and walking tracks that showcase the best of Gippsland's hinterland.
SPECTACULAR CAMPING IN THE YARRA RANGES - Black Spur Drive, Cumberland & Toorongo Falls | Ep 2 | 4K
Black Spur is considered to be one of Australia's greatest drives so we had to check it out! Winding through the rainforest past tree ferns and giant mountain ash trees was definitely a great experience.
From there we decided to head towards Toorongo Falls to camp for the night. We stopped on the way and walked the Cumberland circuit where you can observe the Big Tree (84 metres high, 2nd tallest tree in Australia!).
Our camping location was spectacular! Dwarfed by giant ferns and arguably the tallest trees on the planet, Mountain Ash. The Mountain Ash (Eucalyptus regnans) grows much faster (3m per year) than the North American Redwoods and one in Tasmania is currently 99m tall or more.
