Bicycling the Indian Creek Trail, Overland Park, KS
This is a 10 mile portion of the Indian Creek Trail beginning in Overland Park, KS. I suppose it is about 3 miles from my apartment to where I access the trail. It's a very hot and humid day: 94 degrees F, with a heat index of 104.
Maybe you will find this interesting or useful for your indoor trainer rides. For some reason, I start rambling about bike stuff several minutes in and continue to ramble throughout the ride. Must have been the heat! Just turn the volume down for a more enjoyable ride.
