Cool Down at Toshimaen Amusement Park (としまえん)
Toshimaen, one of the biggest amusement parks in Japan, is a great example located right in front of Toshimaen station in the district of Nerima, Tokyo. This amusement park, which is mainly aimed at children, has over 30 rides ranging from extremely thrilling roller coasters to kiddie rides.
But this time of year, one of the biggest draws is the water park, which includes a surf pool, a lazy river, a wave pool, something called the Nautic Jet, and a very elaborate collection of 25 waterslides, the highest being 22 meters above the ground and the longest 195 meters long.
