Dharan Thingabari tour, village tour Nepal, Estern part of Nepal, Nepal Tour, Nepal tour 2019, Nepal
Thingabari is located in the northern part of Sunsari district, in Koshi Zone, in the eastern part of Nepal; is a renowned tourist destination for domestic as well as foreign tourists. Rich in agricultural diversity, this beautiful village not only has fertile land but also natural ecology. Also, it is a neighboring village to Dharan- one major industrial city in the eastern part of Nepal, this attractive village is located at Paach Kanya VDC, ward no 5.
The rich natural atmosphere, religious pilgrimage significance and its fertile land such peculiarities are some vital aspect which are the main ornament of this beautiful place. It has got the elevation of 1178 ft or 380 meters. We can easily reach here via Dharan in about 45 minutes walk or by various vehicles via Seuti Khola, Sukhumbasi Basti (Settlement of Landless, slum). This village lies at the bottom of Kuiveer, Takure and Nisaad Danda (Hilltop), linked to Rajarani and Paanbari to east, Nissan Danda Devisthan in north-west, Hardia, Teelpur, and Takure in north, and industrial city of Dharan in the west
If we explore Thingabari from demographical aspect, we can find mainly Chhetrri ethnic community and other as Magar, Limbu, Rai, Tamang and other ethnic groups as well. People of this village believe in hard labor and this is fully supported by its rich fertile farming land suitable for all season cultivation. The various crops such as green vegetables, potatoes, grains, etc are being supplied to Dharan, Itahari, Biratnagar and other parts of the country is proven by this fact.
Almost of 75% of Nepali people earn their living on agriculture, as the main source of livelihood the most important time is paddy cultivation. The best time of paddy farming begin monsoon time, i.e. June and July. And this is the time of extreme labor and most important time in the year that determine year's long food security, there is one popular saying that this is the time when we implant Mana (approx 10 handfuls or 400 grams) and that will return in harvest time in Muri (approx. 64 KG); (8 Mana = 1 Pathi, 20 Pathi = 1 Muri). When we shoot this documentary, many farmers were busy on paddy planting.
As we explore further we can see many farmers are busy in paddy plantation, the land must be well prepared with appropriated moisture and wet muddy soil for re-plantation of paddy. Many prepare the paddy land with the help of oxen. On the time implantation, one can see a clear division of work among the farmers; some take command of oxen and furrow to plough, some plucking paddy plants and then transferring to the field, still others preparing and providing food to the workers at the end of the day. We can see some workers playing with each other with the mud while preparing the land. Male workers take command of land preparation are called Baause, prepare all the land which sometimes left out on plough, with the help of Kodali (clod crushers, generally consisting of a rectangular beam of wood drawn by bullocks, are used to smooth the surface before sowing). Still some puck paddy from nursery and then bring to field. Such scenes are common and continue whole day.

SwissTravelChannel is a YouTube channel of my holiday’s trips videos, taken all around the world since 2008. Some are for pure tourism and others are more of an adventure. The videos usually show the top best tourist attractions, the top things to do and top places to see. The goal is to inspire others on their next vacations. The videos can also be seen as a guide to have an idea of the main highlights and places to explore. I love to take pictures of the nature, traditions and different cultures, to search the must-see spots and show the essentials in my videos, for this reason I always try to create the perfect vacation. Traveling is more than a hobby for me, is a way of life.

EVEREST BASE CAMP (source Wikipedia):
Everest Base Camp is either of two base camps on opposite sides of Mount Everest (It could also be any Everest base camp on a given route, but this is less common since the two main routes became standardized). South Base Camp is in Nepal at an altitude of 5,364 metres (17,598 ft), and North Base Camp is in Tibet at 5,150 metres (16,900 ft). These camps are rudimentary campsites on Mount Everest that are used by mountain climbers during their ascent and descent. South Base Camp is used when climbing via the southeast ridge, while North Base Camp is used when climbing via the northeast ridge.
Supplies are shipped to the South Base Camp by sherpas or porters, and with the help of animals, usually yaks. The North Base Camp has vehicle access (at least in the summer months). Climbers typically rest at base camp for several days for acclimatization to reduce the risks and severity of altitude sickness.
KALA PATTHAR (source Wikipedia):
Kala Patthar, meaning 'black rock' in Nepali and Hindi, is a notable landmark located on the south ridge of Pumori in the Nepalese Himalayas above Gorakshep. Although not a proper mountain, with a prominence of only 10 m (33 ft), the ascent of Kala Patthar is very popular with trekkers in the region of Mount Everest since it provides the most accessible closeup view of Everest. Due to the structure of the Everest Massif, its high summit is blocked by Nuptse from much of the surrounding region. The views of Everest, Nuptse and Changtse are spectacular from Kala Patthar and there are glimpses of the northern flank and summit of Lhotse. The world's highest webcam, Mount Everest webcam, is located here.
