In diesem Video seht ihr etwas von der VR Zone in Shinjuku.
Der Grund für unseren Besuch war natürlich Mario Kart VR und ich kann euch sagen: Es ist awesome! Es macht unglaublich viel Spaß und es funktioniert überraschend gut.
Nach Mario Kart, haben wir ein Horror Coop Game gezockt (für 4 Spieler) und ihr bekommt während der ganzen Session meine Live Reaktion zu sehen (Aufnehmen ist da natürlich schwer).
Der Escape Room hat natürlich nichts mit VR zu tun (also nicht so wie ein Mario Kart und co), war aber sehr spannend. Man musste viele kleine Aufgaben in kurzer Zeit absolvieren und am Ende eine wichtige Entscheidung treffen. Ein riesiger Balloon war an den Timer gekoppelt und dieser wurde größer und größer.
Das Skifahren war allein vom Controller her schon ein Highlight, man war einfach voll drin und aus dem Grund hat es mir mit am meisten Laune gemacht. Leider war die Playsession sehr kurz, aber wenn das die Zukunft ist (für VR), dann bin ich dabei :D

VR ZONE Shinjuku offers new VR (virtual reality) games and projection mapping-based interactive attractions. Since it is Japan we are talking about, you can expect to see VR games featuring popular animation and cartoon characters (for example, Mario Cart)
To engage in the VR game, visitors are required to wear special goggles so they can see the VR content on the screens of their headsets. Aside from that, visitors can also enjoy the view of the interactive visual images that are projected onto the walls and floors. The VR facility offers more than ten varieties of these. Besides that, visitors can also buy food and drinks at VR ZONE Shinjuku so it can be a place where gamers spend a lot of time at with family and friends.
The concept of VR ZONE Shinjuku is similar to VR PARK TOKYO and VR ZONE Project.

Japan McDonalds + VR Zone Shinjuku! ???????? // JAPAN VLOG 007 (2018)
It's our first full day back in Japan!
Today we have quick brunch at McDonalds (which had a nice view of the area we lived in). Right after we took a train to visit one of our favorite spots in Japan, the Tokyo Skytree! We shopped and ate a few yummy treats along the way. At night, we met up with Keith's older bro and gf to played some awesome VR games in Shinjuku. Then ended the day with some delicious sushi at Genki in Shibuya!
