My name is Mack Worley. I am a member of the NRA and a 2nd amendment activist. I served in the Air Force for 5 years and 9 months until I was medically retired. I have several medals during my time in the Air Force, one of which was for good conduct.
I was out yesterday by myself open carrying an AR-15 which the only time I touched it was when I was directed by the arresting Officers. I have the whole event recorded on my phone, which the Vancouver Police now have as evidence.
They stopped me from going back to my car after they told me to leave and the arrested me for trespassing as I was telling them I need to get to my car to leave. I was arrested on a public sidewalk for trespassing. As far as displaying the weapon it was slung over my shoulder and I was not using it in a threatening manner.
As a former member of the military I couldn't believe how Vancouver Police reacted. I had several guns pointed at me and there is a laundry list of complaints I have about how they handled the situation.

Man Carries Gun Openly into Mall, Gets Harassed - Vancouver, Washington
How do Derek Mendiola's rights stand up against a store's right to kick him out?
Mendiola says his weapon does draw glances in public, but he says he means no harm and meant no harm at the Sears in Vancouver Westfield Shopping Center on Wednesday when he stopped in to look at some tools. He went in wearing his 9 mm Taurus pistol on his shoulder. He says he was surprised how an employee took issue with his gun and started verbally attacking him for having it.
For somebody to harass me for just following my rights is a pretty big deal. It's just like telling me, I can't breathe air, I can't live, he said.

On.. My USA Road Trip - Part 2 - Mt. Shasta, CA to Vancouver, BC
Since I last saw you I've been to the North-West corner of the U.S. on a working holiday. While I was there I tried to explore and capture a little bit of the culture on my i-phone for you all to see the differences from ours (certainly different from my Indian culture trip) in a kind of Video Diary format. My good friend Dan has edited together all the footage I shot and made a smooth travelogue split into three 1hour chunks. This is part 2.
0:00:00 - 0:20:02
In this part we take aboard some melt water from Mt. Shasta before returning North - through Weed, Springfield and Eugene in Oregon; then striking out West for the Pacific Ocean. The road to the ocean is long, so we are more than glad to see the beach and kick our shoes off. After all that driving it's time to rest up in a motel room which boasts a real fire, in a small coastal town called Yachats. They have a superb video library there, and a few problems with Bears. After all that healthy food I just fancy a beer and a pizza. What a choice! Then it's back to Bellingham non-stop!
0:20:03 - 0:25:33
Handing back our rental car I find myself back in Bellingham for a few days. We check out the craft shop and the co-op, and visit an ancient section of railway line hidden in a corner of the town. I send out my youtube video blog in front of the hazy evening sunshine - the perfect time for sungazing before the off.
0:25:34 - 0:52:21
We take Elizabeths' station wagon North over the border into Canada; where we are joined by Kathleen (who kindly promoted my Canadian event) and Maria (one of my students) in Vancouver. We take a trip along the coast road into town and discover the city beach, before heading up to the flats where Kathleen lives - which commands a stunning view of the city. Next is The Centre for Spiritual Living; where we also catch a glimpse of some my students on their final day of training. I find an organic grocery store in Marpole, eat in various places, take a ride on the trolley bus, and explore a smoke shop; before performing a water ceremony (using Mt. Shasta water) at Kitts Point overlooking English Bay - joining similar events all over the world.
NOTES:
. This is just a 'walkabout' glimpse; a sketch of the areas I visit. My shamanistic events don't feature prominently in these videos - even though they are going on between filming. If you'd like to book me I am of course available worldwide.

Two cities which, at first glance, seem very similar to each other. Although Seattle is an American city and Vancouver is a Canadian city, both are part of the same region, known as the Pacific Northwest, or sometimes known as Cascadia.
Both have a temperate oceanic climate known for their generally cool temperatures and rainy weather. While both have four seasons, it never gets too cold in the winter and never too hot in the summer. Both can get snow in the winter and get A LOT of precipitation from November through January. Yep, those three months are cold, dark, and rainy.
Both are in the infamous Ring of Fire, an area where lots of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions tend to occur.
Both have about the same population in the actual city limits. (V- 675,218, S- 724,745). However, Seattle’s metro population has about 1.5 million more people. (V- 2.5 million, S- 4 million) But you could say Vancouver is a bigger deal in its home country, as it has the 3rd largest metro in all of Canada, while Seattle has the 15th largest metro. Seattle has been the fastest growing American big city of the past decade.
While both are ethnically diverse, Vancouver is more so. 40% of Vancouver’s population is made up of immigrants. Around 28% of Vancouver residents are Chinese. It’s been called the “most Asian city outside of Asia.”
Both have low pollution and are environmentally friendly. Both have pledged to go carbon neutral by 2050.
I mean, overall both have a high quality of life, and thus...both cities are really expensive.

Driving Downtown - Portland 4K - Oregon USA
Driving Downtown - Portland Oregon USA - Season 1 Episode 16.
Starting Point: Broadway .
Portland is the largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon and the county seat of Multnomah County. It is located in the Willamette Valley region of the Pacific Northwest, at the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers. The city covers 145 square miles (376 km²) and had an estimated population of 619,360 in 2014,[7][9] making it the 28th most populous city in the United States. Approximately 2,348,247 people live in the Portland metropolitan statistical area (MSA), the 24th most populous MSA in the United States. Its Combined Statistical Area (CSA) ranks 17th with a population of 3,022,178.
Named after the city in Maine, Portland was settled in the 1840s near the end of the Oregon Trail. Its water access provided convenient transportation of goods, and the timber industry was a major force in the city's early economy. At the turn of the 20th century, the city had developed a reputation as one of the most dangerous port cities in the world, a hub for organized crime and racketeering. After the city's economy experienced an industrial boom during World War II, its hard-edged reputation began to dissipate. Beginning in the 1960s,[10] Portland became noted for its growing liberal political values, and the city has earned a reputation as a bastion of counterculture which has proceeded into the 21st century.[11] According to a 2009 Pew Research Center study, Portland ranks as the 8th most popular American city, based on where people want to live.[12]
The city operates with a commission-based government guided by a mayor and four commissioners as well as Metro, the only directly elected metropolitan planning organization in the United States.[13] The city government is notable for its land-use planning and investment in public transportation.[14] Portland is frequently recognized as one of the most environmentally conscious cities in the world because of its high walkability, large community of bicyclists, farm-to-table dining, expansive network of public transportation options, and 10,000+ acres of public parks.[15] Its climate is marked by warm, dry summers and chilly, rainy winters. This climate is ideal for growing roses, and Portland has been called the City of Roses for over a century.[16][17] Keep Portland Weird is an unofficial slogan for the city.[18]
The US-Canada Border Splits This Road Down The Middle
Rue Canusa (or Canusa Avenue) is a street that's split in two by a border: the northern part is in Stanstead, Canada, and the southern part is in Derby Line, USA — and border crossings here aren't as easy as they used to be.
