Wedding Photography Melbourne, Charli & Andy's Garden Wedding
Charli & Andy were married just at the end of 2016. We’d love to share some images from their Victoria Gardens Prahran Wedding photography Melbourne.
They started the day getting ready just outside of Melbourne in Windsor, with a “first look” in their apartment. After seeing each other all dressed up and ready to go, we headed out for some photos before the ceremony, exploring the surrounding streets in Windsor seeing what we discovered.
Following that, Charli & Andy had a lovely garden ceremony at Victoria Gardens in Prahran, before everyone walked up the street to Lady Nelson’s Wine & Kitchen on Chapel Street in Windsor for a nice relaxed evening reception full of wine and good company.

TRENDY UPMARKET STREET IN MELBOURNE | Chapel Street, South Yarra, Melbourne, Australia
This is a trendy upmarket street in Melbourne, Australia. It's known as Chapel Street and is located in the rich suburb of South Yarra, Melbourne, Australia.
During its heydays, this area used to be a popular fashion, shopping, and entertainment precinct in Melbourne.
They had popular restaurants, bars, and name brand clothing.
People would shop by day and party by night.
This was the place to be and be seen.
On the weekend people would drive here with their fancy cars and have their music pumping. Just to drive up and down these streets, so people could see them.
We use to call it Laps on Chaps lol.
Even comedian Jerry Seinfeld came and ate at one of the restaurants here when he was in town.
But now this place seems dead. Which is hard to believe, considering how lively it use to be.
The old shops are no longer around and all that's left are numerous vacant shops. Which is quite sad to see.
I guess it goes to show that things don't last forever.

Melbourne is famous for being capable of showing 'four seasons in one day' and has a temperate climate with distinct seasons and usually mild weather. Melbourne is the third-driest capital city in Australia with half of Sydney's rainfall (at 600mm) and is good to visit year-round. Days in Summer have an average high of 26°C, though days above 35°C occur sporadically as it is the warmest season with the lowest rainfall (and fewest rainy days). We spent our Saturday exploring our new city. We walked up Chapel Street and had lunch at Prahran Hotel. We visited Quee Victoria Garden. Took a train to Docklands and went up the Melbourne Star. Took in the amazing 360° degrees unobstructed views of the CBD on a 30 minute ride.

Luxury Sub Penthouse in Prahran, Melbourne ❗️ Let Us In Home Tour S01E14
Need a little luxury in your life? We got you! This week’s Let Us In Home Tour takes us into a generous sub penthouse apartment in Prahran. Located right next to Hawksburn Village, this is one seriously enviable Melbourne location. After enjoying the deliciousness that exists in every single food store in Hawksburn, we only had a few steps until we were at the front door. Actually this home doesn’t have a front door, instead a secure front entrance leading you towards the lift… after all, what sub penthouse is complete without its very own private lift entrance? We told this was luxe and this home is luxury with a capital L!
The interiors of this home are very minimal and sophisticated. Paired back natural tones of lighter timber, white and marble create a great backdrop and really help to enhance the feeling of space. I really did love the layout of this apartment as you really don’t feel like you’re in an apartment. It’s all on one level and the proportions are very generous. The open plan living, dining, kitchen and outdoor entertaining are centralised around the fireplace which cleverly divides and creates privacy from the lift entrance. Each area is connected, but still clearly divided to separate from each other. I loved the simplicity of the kitchen design and especially the hidden laundry and butler’s pantry. The marble paired really well the soft grey cabinetry, simple but very elegant.
