Wat Chedi Sao Lang/Long - The Last Stop in Lampang, Thailand
Wat Chedi Sao Long is known as the Temple of 20 Pagodas -- didn't count and will take their word for it. It didn't look that impressive from the distance but then we entered. Everywhere you turned were statues of mythical gods, creatures, beasts and Buddha images. This temple is a mixture of Lanna and Burmese architecture and was possibly founded over 1000 years ago.
The highlight of Wat Chedi Sao Long is a GOLD Buddha image found by the villagers in a field. Can you imagine...

Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya - Travelling to Thailand - Thailand
Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
Ayutthaya (full name Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thai: pronounced (Pronunciation); also spelled Ayudhya) city is the capital of Ayutthaya province in Thailand. Located in the valley of the Chao Phraya River, the city was founded in 1350 by King U Thong, who went there to escape a smallpox outbreak in Lop Buri and proclaimed it the capital of his kingdom, often referred to as the Ayutthaya kingdom or Siam. Ayutthaya became the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai.[1] It is estimated that Ayutthaya by the year 1600 CE had a population of about 300,000, with the population perhaps reaching 1,000,000 around 1700 CE, making it one of the world's largest cities at that time,[2] when it was sometimes known as the Venice of the Eastmore info visit:

THAILAND: Wat Phra Tat Chom Ping Lampang (วัดพระธาตุจอมปิง)
By EMIL WEST: The conspicuous and eye catching feature of Wat Phra Tat Chom Ping Lampang temple is the mysterious reflection of its Thai style stupa pagoda's shadow (known as chedi) upon the floor of its 'ubosot' or convention hall. It has been observed that the natural hues of the temple pagoda are beautifully reflected in the dark hallway of the very same temple; through the narrow opening of the convention hall's window. Another temple similar to this one happens to be the 18th century Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao Lampang built in authentic Burmese style.
Thus, this amazing phenomenon makes the Wat Phra Tat Chom Ping Lampang even more divinely mysterious and appealing to its visitors both local and foreign. This holy shrine is one of the oldest in Lampang region and is much revered by the local populace.
