Shamrock, Texas - Sex, Drugs & Porn Lead To Burglary of Shamrock Texas Radio Station (Again).

How crooked is Texas law??

This video demonstrates the level to which local town and county government has stooped in order to force a local radio station out of business. This is (I believe) the sixth or even the seventh time people have been caught entering the property unlawfully at this location.

Local prosecutors are always unwilling to investigate as to do so would reveal their involvement in the criminal activities which includes a broad-daylight armed robbery that was carried out by THREE CITY OFFICIALS on July 29th of 2002. (That video should be made available for display very soon by our attorneys. The audio is already available at in mp3 format long with much additional court certified evidence of these crimes.)

Three weeks prior to the recording of this video, we had found the locks cut from the door of our transmitter building. (This is probably what gives rise to the guy's constant repeating of It's supposed to have been unlocked.)

In the opening scene - taken while looking out of a window - note that one of the would-be thieves looks toward the window to be sure the coast is clear and then immediately turns to help the other would-be thief in snatching an air conditioning unit from it's mount so they could crawl through the resulting hole in the (steel) wall.

Of course Rick Walden, the local chief deputy, (as always) falls back to the claim that We ain't investigatin' no break-ins at that radio station 'cause there ain't no evidence that none has ever happened there. (He likes to call this lack of desire to investigate criminal activity a lack of sufficient evidence. But, if anyone with an ounce of a brain couldn't identify the would-be thieves by the videotape evidence and the multiple closeups of the vehicle and it's license plates, I'd call that a P-Poor Investigator...)

On the other hand, as Rick Walden has already confessed (the DA is too criminally inclined and inept to want to see this) to the THEFT of checks from the radio station - that he personally handed over to David Rushing, the primary crime figure involved in this fiasco. So, I can see why he would also not wish to implicate himself further.

Form your own opinion but, these guys really do admit to having been sent to pick up that equipment while also admitting that we really don't know what's going on.

Translation: Our crime boss (in another state) was authorized by a local crime boss to have us steal YOUR equipment.

This makes the subject of this video something that is called attempted felony interstate theft of property. This makes these guys VERY guilty of exactly that. Their admission to having been sent by an employer implicates the employer n a crime that is known as conspiracy to commit felony interstate theft of property. This also implicates the local crime bosses (and the chief deputy) as co-conspirators and accomplices.

Will they be prosecuted? NOPE! The local district attorney (Lynn Switzer) is also a co-conspirator and REFUSES to allow the prosecution of any of her crime buddies as this would subject her office to scrutiny that would reveal her active part in the criminal conspiracy!

No one from higher-up will investigate for fear of stepping on the toes of the local DA, one of which is already serving federal and state prison time for dealing in crystal meth and various other drugs OUT OF HIS COURTHOUSE OFFICES!!!

What better place to buy your dope than the very office that is supposed to prosecute drug users? They'll sell them to you, confiscate them again (steal them back) and then sell them again to someone else!

THERE IS AN ENHANCED RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE FAR NORTHEAST TEXAS PANHANDLE INTO SOUTH-CENTRAL KANSAS…PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA AND NORTHEAST INTO CENTRAL TEXAS. Severe storms capable of damaging wind and hail are expected today and tonight across parts of western and central Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Additional storms capable of damaging winds, hail and a couple of tornadoes are possible from late evening into the overnight hours from eastern Texas into Arkansas and northern Louisiana. Additional isolated severe storms are also possible across Missouri into western Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
Several locations will see a threat for severe thunderstorms today as a
two-part upper level storm system moves into the Great Plains. A northern
portion will track through the Northern Plains this afternoon and into the
Upper Mississippi Valley by Thursday morning. A surface low and its
corresponding cold/warm fronts will track ahead of this feature into Iowa
and Wisconsin through tonight with increasing low level moisture
transporting northward through the Mississippi River Valley. Temperatures
will also be rather warm by mid-April standards for Iowa into Illinois and
the rest of the Midwest (south of the warm front) with highs well into the
70s today. The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has a Slight Risk for severe
storms surrounding the tri-state region of Iowa/Wisconsin/Illinois with
concerns over tornadoes and hail.

Farther to the south, the southern portion of the upper level storm system
will move across New Mexico into the Texas Panhandle through the day with
thunderstorms expected to erupt near the cold front stretching
southwestward from the surface low in Iowa to the Texas Panhandle this
afternoon and evening. It is here, from the northern Texas Panhandle into
southeastern Kansas where an Enhanced Risk is in place by SPC. In fact,
the Enhanced Risk extends southward through Oklahoma into northern and
central Texas for severe thunderstorms forecast to develop late this
evening and overnight. These storms will also pose a flash flood threat
through Thursday morning from eastern Texas into the ArkLaTex toward the
Memphis metropolitan area. Over the past week, some of these same
locations across the South have seem well above average rainfall and may
at greater risk of flash flooding from additional heavy rain.

Thursday will be much quieter but significantly colder behind the storm
system from the north-central U.S. border with Canada to the Rio Grande
with forecast high temperatures only in the 50s to 60s for many. The
severe weather and flash flood threat will shift east ahead of the cold
front from the Illinois/Indiana border to the central Gulf Coast, with a
greater severe threat (Enhanced Risk by SPC) in place from eastern
Louisiana to western Alabama. Late spring-like temperatures will also
shift east for Thursday with highs in the 70s to low 80s as far north as
northern Ohio and western New York.

UPDATE! RV Water Heater Anode Rods

If you've seen our previous 2 videos about flushing RV water heaters, you'll know we've talked quite a bit about anode rods. Generally, Suburban brand water heaters require an anode rod to protect the steel tank from corrosion. The rod is made of a metal that sacrifices itself, so that corrosion will attack the rod before attacking the steel tank. Atwood brand water heaters generally don't use anodes because their tanks are made of aluminum.

We have a Suburban heater, and a problem arose when, after only one year, our original equipment anode was rusted into place so badly that we almost couldn't remove it. We actually ended up breaking a socket wrench in the process.

As a result, we installed an aftermarket anode with brass threads, that screws into an outer brass sleeve. The brass-on-brass design made it (pardon the pun) a lock to unscrew easily. Even though the OEM anode is magnesium, and the aftermarket rod was zinc and aluminum, it should still have worked properly, as those metals should still corrode before the tank did.

In carrying out its sole purpose (prolonging tank life), an anode should decay a considerable amount. We used the aftermarket rod for two full years (with an inspection at the halfway point) and it didn't look much different than when it was new.

So, last year we opted to go back to an original Suburban anode, choosing to run the risk of being unable to remove it, over the risk of the early demise of our water heater. Although we're running late on our spring maintenance tasks this year, 16 months later... the results are in.

First, the OEM rod came out easily, without a problem. Second, the OEM rod sacrificed itself the way it's supposed to. When we look at them side-by-side, it's a no-brainer which one we'll rely on to protect our Suburban water heater from now on.

Here's what Suburban has to say about anodes:
All Suburban water heaters are protected by a magnesium or aluminum anode to prolong the life of the tank. Under normal use, the anode rod will deteriorate. Because of this, we recommend it be replaced annually or when consumption or weight loss of the rod is greater than 75%. Note: Water with high levels of iron and/or sulfate will increase the rate of deterioration. To extend anode life, drain water from tank whenever the RV is not being used. Avoid any extended time of non-use with water in the tank.

1.) A tractor-trailer rig hits an icy bridge in Winnie, Texas and jackknifes into the median, barely missing another truck that had lost control moments earlier.
