Quick video today of a Saturday outing to WIllies Smith's Apple Shed. You will find this gem on the way to Huonville just keep your eye out to the right looking for a wooden shed you cant miss it!
This was the first time we had been and it was a great brunch and education looking through the museum.
Longley Hotel also recommend but not the Fern Tree Tavern. This is not a nice place to stop at all. It was rough as guts (and thats putting it nicely) in serious need of an overhaul. We were there about 8 years ago and nothing has changed except it is looking in a worse state than then.

不過Huon Valley Mid Winter Festival 呢個想法好有趣, 呢到既人係會為左季節同水果而慶祝, 好簡單, 好普通既理由, 就可以將大家聚埋一齊好開心好快樂地慶祝。可能有人會話只係做生意既其中一個手法, 當然無錯, 但我清楚記得當時既歡樂無憂氣氛係身處在香港既時候從未感受過...生活很簡單, 人很複雜...希望各位城市人都可以暫時放低壓力同憂傷, 好好地享受呢幾分鐘
