River Waveney 3 Day Canoe Camping Trip With Kent Survival. Part One.
In this video I am paddling down the river Waveney on the Norfolk/Suffolk border with Andy from Kent Survival (check out his channel for his superb video of the trip!) we encounter downed trees blocking our way, low branches, shallows, herds of cows, mobs of swans and had to retrieve lost cameras from the river bed. This is the first part of our 3 day canoe camping trip, taking all our gear and food with us and camping along the way. Yes, we had a great time!! I hope you enjoy the video and don't forget to look out for part 2! Thanks for watching.

3477 Douses Road, Belle River, Prince Edward Island, Canada, PEI Real Estate
Stunning Waterfront Property with Apple Orchard Available!! Originally this home was built for Lord Selkirk on PEI’s original Lot 62. When current Vendors purchased the property 25 years ago and being the 8th owners of the property, the once old farm house has been completely transformed/refurbished into the beautiful sight you will see today. The concrete foundation replaced the once upon a time island stone but the pieces of history have been preserved and used to accent this picturesque property with even the Great Wall of Belle River built at the back from the original stones. The old chicken coupe was transformed into the lovely looking cottage/shop which is left for the new owner’s interpretation and usage to finish the space inside. The property borders the Belle River which the owners use to fish for trout to impress their guests for morning breakfast. The home itself has been completely reconfigured for functionality of the space while preserving the integrity and character of the home. Everything within this home has been updated from plumbing, wiring, re-drywalled, new kitchen, bathrooms, roof has been re-shingled twice throughout the years and so much more. If you are looking for a Prince Edward Island Historical Character Home with the story documented and recorded you have found your diamond in the rough!! Call for your private viewing today!

Exploring Lake Superior Provincial Park - Old Woman Bay, Sand River Falls & Chippewa Falls
Just a small taste of Lake Superior Provincial Park in Northern Ontario. This park is right outside our door, so we have been exploring some of the easier to access areas. The Coastal Trail follows the lake through the park for 65 kilometers. The general theme on the trail is Slippery, steep and rugged.
In this particular outing, we visit Chippewa Falls on our way to the park. Chippewa Falls is the mid-point of the Trans Canada Highway. The waterfalls are viewable right from the highway.
Old Woman Bay is in the northern section of the park. The face of an old woman can be seen in the cliffs overlooking Lake Superior on the left side of the bay. The Old Woman River enters lake Superior at Old Woman Bay. A popular fishing spot to try your luck for salmon and trout when the run is on.
Pinguisibi trail, or the Sand River trail is at about a halfway point in the park. The trail here takes you past several waterfalls. The river has decent fishing for Brook trout, as well as salmon and steelhead rainbow trout when the run is on in the spring and fall.

Bleaklow Stones Wild Camp with my K9 dogs (Day 2, Part 1).
After a good nights sleep at our location at Bleaklow Stones, in the English Peak District, I pondered on the plans for the coming day (7th August 2018).
My original intentions had been to hike across the back of Bleaklow towards the Trans Pennine Trail via Far Black Clough, continue along the Trans Pennine Trail and then cut up the Pennine Way towards Laddow Rocks, maybe onto Black Hill?
However due to the combination of both the hot weather and a suspicion that my bitch (Stella) may be pregnant I changed the plans to a good long hike along the same route but instead I would cut onto the Pennine Way at Torside Bridge, continue back onto Bleaklow, upto Bleaklow Head, and then back to Hayfield where I had parked the car.
The hike when finished totalled 19 miles.
Weather most of the day was hot and sunny at times reaching a top temperature of 23 degrees Celcuis, however later in the afternoon the weather detiorated and the temperatures dropped markedly to 13 degrees Celsuis, feeling quite chilly.
Pack weight varied from 25 pounds to a maximun of 35 pounds depending on how much water I carried as an emergency for the dogs.
I was right to cut short the Wild Camping by a day because Stella gave birth to ten pups only four weeks later.
All the photographs taken over the two days can be found on our Instagram posts, the link is on our Youtube profile page. Hope you enjoyed the videos.
Frozen Lake – Oeschinensee 2018 - GoPro Hero 6 & DJI Mavic Pro

The Natural Environment of Tudor London
This lecture offers a 'virtual walk' around the City of London with Sir Thomas Gresham, evaluation the City's air, water, soil and wildlife at that time.
A lecture by Carolyn Roberts, Emerita Professor of the Environment 10 April 2019
Tudor London is variously reported as a squalid seething mass of humanity choking on its own filth and fumes, and as a delightful garden where babbling brooks and sweet flowers delighted the senses of people such as Elizabeth I, Shakespeare and Erasmus.
Drawing on evidence from contemporary maps, paintings and writings, and modern environmental science, the lecture will offer a 'virtual' walk around the City with Sir Thomas Gresham, evaluating these different perspectives on the City’s air, water, soil and wildlife.

Blizzard Whiteout Conditions - Plymouth, MA Snowstorm 2-15-2015
*Demo-Not For Broadcast*: Another week, another New England Blizzard! The historic winter of 2014-2015 continues. I traveled up to Plymouth, MA, to document this intense blizzard, and we were not disappointed. Powerful winds combined with heavy snow created complete whiteout conditions for several hours this morning, and this video shows just a little bit of what we experienced.

Hiking the Kettle and Tamarack trails at Kettle Lake Provincial Park
